This movie is definitely not for adults. I'd say that childen between the ages of 7-12 could enjoy "Bäst i Sverige", but not older.

Like so many movies here at imdb this one is terribly overrated. I've read the comments and most of them say "scary", "disturbing" etc.. How can a movie be scary and disturbing when the special effects are so poor that you actually laugh at them?

No way, this is not my cup of tea. It doesn't get much worse than this.
Just the idea is really stupid, smoking weed -> getting smarter and so on. Perhaps this movie could be a little bit entertaining if you have a bad hang-over. My point is that this movie doesn't require any brain activity at all. I'll give it 2/10
