  • Where's my honey?

This is an amazing film on several levels. Totally misunderstood. Besides several of the most amazingly bizarre scenes ever on film - check this weird bit of nonsense: The close-up fried chicken lunch scene. Actors chowing on fried chicken as they perform. Brilliant. Also if anyone didn't know John Goodman can be amazing - this is his most bizarre and complex role in my opinion. "The Holy Bible?"

The only other Film that I have experienced that has done a more effective job of breaking down the socio-economic barriers that separate us all through dance would certainly be "Footloose". You take a good look at these kids and just remember that sometimes dancin aint so bad. If Jerry Orbach doesn't turn on your heart-light when he clutches Patrick Swayzes arm and eye-searingly admits that, "When i'm wrong, i say i'm wrong" - then you can go ahead and put baby in the corner. Strike up the band and put on your sunday best - because i've found the time of my life - and so will you! EVERYBODY DANCE!!!

  • ...remo?

that scene with the old man running across the water was actual footage of the producer of this movie after he saw the preview. How about a Hudson Hawk vs. Remo Williams vs. Harley Davidson vs. Marlboro Man vs. Roxy Carmichael movie? What's fair is FAIR!!!!
