  • It's a show for KIDS, over political adults need to stfu

The one main problem about most of the reviews written here are they are written by adults. This is a children's cartoon, six years don't care about politics. The show had pretty colors, was amusing and had a decent message.

I personally grew up with this show and loved it. It did open my eyes to recycling and other things. Now, maybe it didn't mention everything about eco-friendliness (like how eco-friendly light bulbs are way more expensive than normal ones) but it showed their was a way to help the planet if you tried. And honestly, that's all I cared about.

Now, it was corny and the plot was very weak but the message is strong. And in an age where now kids are stuck with crappy cartoons like Spongebob, Pokemon (I love the series but the show is crap), and shows for teens like Degrassi a show like this is the least of our worries.

It's a good show for children. That's the bottom line. Now if over paranoid and political adults want to sit here and say how horrible it is and how it wants to brainwash children that's their problem. But maybe if they paid a little less attention with politics, blaming things on others and "American power" they'd see what really counts, Earth.

  • So what city are they protecting again?

What can I say about the Teen Titans...

I was a fan of the Batman, Superman and Justice League animated series so when TTs came out I had high hopes. Sadly, they were all crushed.

Artwork It's horrible. It tries too hard to look like anime, and fails. They also don't look "teen" at all but more pre-teen.

Story HORRIBLE! I watched the first season sitting there dumbfounded where the story was. I wanted to know where they came from, why Cyborg was a cyborg and why did Robin all of a sudden join the TTs. Why why why? Too many plot holes (wait...there is no plot) and too many whys.

Characters They never mention which Robin he is, he never mentions Batman nor call him or his other long list of super hero friends for help, NEVER takes off his outfit (wtf, you lived with Bruce Wayne and you can't afford clothes?) and never goes to school. Starfire acts like a moron, talks like a caveman and is just all around annoying. Yet her sister, from the same planet, can talk perfect English? Also, do they ever even mention her real name? She has one ya know. Cyborg, "I want to be a real boy!" he has this obvious problem yet they never explain who what where when and how? Raven, mopey and annoying. Beast boy, token joker, useless. Villains? More like monsters that these Scooby Doo Gang wanna-bes track down and fight.

Voice Acting/Sound Fine, just don't like Puffy Ami Yumi much. Never did, don't now and don't think they deserve their own show.

Finally I had to look up TTs on line to see what the difference was between the comic and the show and I was HIGHLY surprised. The comic explains everything, is full of depth and story and...is an all around good piece of DC work. So what happened to the show? Do they honestly feel America's youth are too stupid to handle good work and would rather sit and watch this crap? Sadly, I guess so. Even sadder, it's true. I was in a comic book shop today and flipped through the latest (I think) TTs comic. At the end a character who I don't know came and told the gang she had AIDs (I'm guessing) and didn't want them to shun her so she never told them. Now...that is deep.

What's wrong with American cartoons now-a-days...it's just so sad. Bring back Rocko's Modern Life, at least THAT was funny.

  • Leave Godzilla to the Japanese

Being a fan of the big green monster I was excited when this movie came out. What could be better than a new Godzilla flick, in English, fancy graphics and set in my home city? Everything. I'd rather watch the old 70's Godzilla cartoon than this, at least that was slightly funny.

This movie made me wish I was blind and deaf. I gained a greater love and appreciation for a cheesy green suit with a man inside of it. I never knew I would miss that so much. This movie proves one thing: Better graphics doesn't make a better movie.

I honestly regret seeing this, and add it to the top of my "Movies that should not have been made" list.
