Christopher Lambert and Adrian Paul in Highlander: Endgame (2000)

  • Glad I didn't pay to see this

I caught this on cable last night. What a mess. The storyline went here and there for the first hour before trying to tie everything into place.

I admit I enjoyed the flashback segment far more than the present day storyline. Adrian Paul is great with the timelines and costumes. If they do decide to make another one, please just have Adrian in it with a descent script. These are becomming very silly and painful to watch.

  • series turned really slutty

Once Rick Russovich left the series, it turned real slutty, focus more on T&A than any real plot. You have one cop(?) more interested in breaking up a marriage and bedding the guy - her superior than catching crooks.Plots sucks and the acting was laughable

  • Very Disappointing

Haven't seen Adrian Paul in anything since Highlander the series stopped, so was looking forward to something new. What a waste of time and actors. I kept hoping it would get better. I saw this on cable so whatever was on that computer screen is still unknown to me and made the plot even more uncomprehensible.

  • So-so thriller

The trailer for this movie held more suspense than the actual movie did. Movie felt like it had been heavily edited so you could never identify with any of the characters. Can understand why Reeves didn't want his name used for promotion of the film.

  • Boring

This really came across as a "boy, do I need to pay the rent!" movie. I turned off before the end of the movie as I couldn't stand the wooden performances anymore, plus the awful plot. I didn't care who got killed or survived anymore.

Warlock I was great and Warlock 2 was so-so. Here is another example of why the shouldn't be a series of movies revolving around one title.

  • Wow!!

What a ride. I wasn't sure what to expect but this movie grabs you and doesn't let go. Keanu Reeves is a much better actor that he is given credit for and it shows here. I was amazed when I looked at my watch and saw how much time had past, it didn't feel that way at all.

I can hardly wait for the next installment - just hope it will be as good as the first.

  • Very Disappointing

How Hollywood. Take history, and a script and mix them together in a bucket and throw it in a pot. Then take out only what you want. This could have been a marvelous movie on the scale of the BBCs Elizabeth R series with Glenda Jackson. I got to the point where I cared nothing for any of the characters, especially the Queen.

On the plus side was the costuming which is the only reason I bought the DVD.

  • Action packed 2 hours

This movie never let up and I was amazed how quickly time flew while watching it. The special effects were outstanding. I still love the original version but this one actually explained a lot of what was happening with the curse and what the Mummy planned to do.

Great, that the Mummy only spoke anicent Egyptian instead of English like so many other movies of this genre.

I'd recommend this to my friends

  • Best Stand Up Comedy I've seen in Years

I remember when this first aired on HBO where I laughed so hard my ribs ached.I had taped it then and played it so often that wore out my tape.Got another copy which has also worn out. It is a shame that such a great performance has been taken off the available video list. Shame.

  • fun

I enjoyed this. I wasn't expecting too much just a shot 'em up flick but Howie Long surprised me. His performance was good. The main spot where I had a problem was where you were supposed to figure out that Scott Glenn was the bad guy.The dialog there just didn't work. I've seen it several times and it still never made sense, but if you can forget that it makes a great beer and popcorn movie.

  • Wonderful!

An amazing series with beautiful costumes and scenery.Glenda Jackson is stunning as Elizabeth Tudor. Very acute telling of the life of Elizabeth before her reign and throughout as Queen of England. A must see.
