This is a very good film and I love the lead actress! She's an "up and comer" as people would say. I'd like to see more projects with her in it and she's only 18! She's one to watch for the future. The director really pulled wonderful performances out of the entire cast. The cinematography is beautiful, a bit of a jump at the end of the story but that didn't stop it from pulling at the heart strings and making my eyes well up! A must see. It's starting to win festivals and I can see why. I hope to see it on the big screen but certainly it'll do great as a DVD, I know all of us are going to buy one when it comes out. Love the music, hope the soundtrack is available too. I can't believe it's this guy's first full length feature film. He rocks!
While pleased to see Bruce Gillis finally get a film released for all his effort as a filmmaker, this film is a great disappointment. Great cast, weak script and production. The plot is thin, and hard to follow. Keith David and Chris O'donnell deserve better.
