Simply put. This movie is absolute garbage. There is zero military accuracy whatsoever. There are all kinds of giant plot holes, holes so large you can drive a Mack Truck through. Everything is completely wrong with this movie from top to bottom. If I had to see one more piece of stock footage of that aircraft carrier or the jets flying to nowhere in particular, I think I would have vomited.

Before you say to yourself, "This guy just hates it because he was in the Marines", let me explain: I can handle an inaccuracies in "military" movies, but honestly, I can't think of one thing they did right except for maybe calling their superiors "Sir".

This film is a stinker. Don't even rent it on a lark, do not watch it if you see it coming on cable. You'll be dying to get the time you spent watching it back.

I will be very brief. If you liked the first one, definatly go and see this one. You will not be disappointed. The material is fairly original, a daunting task after their success with the first installment, and very funny. One note: Don't watch the commercials too much before you go, it detracts from the movie.
