I used to like this show, but it has become increasingly difficult to watch. It is horrible to watch the plot always revolve around Sabrina making a fool of herself. Melissa Joan Hart seems to have two acting styles; nervous and twitchy. They throw in so many ridiculous rules about when and where and how Sabrina can use her witchcraft, it comes off as the writers are stretching for ideas. It was also very cheesy the way they got rid of the aunts. Your best bet would be to watch earlier episodes.
Not sure if this movie was supposed to be a black comedy or suspense thriller or action movie. It was none of the above. Aside from the shallow character development and the flat dialogue, this film had many plotholes. The biggest one for me was the fact that the killer was trying to kill the young girl for witnessing a murder, yet he doesn't seem to mind chasing and shooting at her through the streets of Amsterdam with dozens of witnesses around.
This is one of my favorite movies. I especially liked the music, it fit the movie quite well. I read some comments on people saying that they predicted the surprise ending not long into the movie. Well that doesn't sound too impressive to say AFTER you have seen the whole movie. If you didn't like the movie you just didn't like the movie, no need to stretch the truth. Surprise ending or not, it still is an excellent suspense/crime drama.
