Digimon was made in 1991, as an updated Tamagotchi spin-off. Pokemon was 1996, which shows that Pokemon (pocket monsters) is a total copy off of Digimon (digital monsters). Pokemon is stupid and babyish without plot. The entire show's plot is based around the fact the Ash and Misty like each other. In Digimon, a bunch of characters with different personalities get together to save the Digital World, unlike Pokemon, where they fight for a sport and gamble over it. Digimon has humor and lesson, Pokemon has much more violence and teaches kids to be poor sports (when trainers lose and their Pokemon faint, they forget about the Pokemon and start crying, yelling, and throwing fits which are supposed to be funny). Digimon is nine hundred ninety-nine centillion times better. (A centillion is 1000 to the 101 power (1000x1000x1000x1000x1000...)
This show is really wacky. That's mostly why it's funny. Bonkers, a bobcat teams up with Lucky, a police officer and some other friends to save the day-although the episode usually has a lot off the subject, which makes it survive for twenty-five minutes. There are some pretty funny characters, including talking stationary and all sorts of animals. I love this show!
In this video, there are some of the highlights of the award winning show, "Beakman's World". There, of course, aren't all the best things on this tape, yet it is very funny and educational. It mostly features Beakman and Lester, but Josie, Herb, and Don are in it, too. I wish I could find the show on tv, though.
