I love a good horror movie...unfortunately, this wasn't one. I saw the poster in the theater and that intrigued me enough but I was quickly disappointed. The plot (actually, not sure that there really was one) made no sense. I was bored for the first hour or so, sitting there thinking about how stupid it all was. The best part was the ending. Amy Madigan was awesome, but are her and Josh Brolin so hard up for money that they had to do this POS? I would be embarrassed to have this on my résumé.
I don't really want or need to get into the depths of the accuracy, or lack thereof, in this episode; I enjoyed it and am taking it at face value, but I'm just wondering how is it that Harry managed to grow nearly 2 feet in just the few months since Diana's death? He's now taller than William? Seriously? And the actor is too old to play a 12-year-old, as is the actor cast to portray a 15-16 year old William. They should have put that little faux pas under the "goofs" section. I was also bothered that they didn't include Charles Spencer's eloquent speech at Diana's funeral, nor the fact that Queen Elizabeth had the grace and decency to bow her head when Diana's cortège passed by. I also felt William's pain and anger towards the paparazzi and his blaming Charles. I loved Phillip's talk with William about forgiveness. I think Philip had a lot of regrets about his relationship with Charles. William lost his mother; he almost lost his father as well. If anything, I think Diana taught the royal family that it was OK to have emotions.
