Normally (and I do mean normally) Australian movie releases are poor, at best. Crackerjack would, without fail, be one of the best Australian movie I've seen in a long long time, and probably the funniest movie I've seen all year !
Not since Strictly Ballroom have I seen such a brilliant movie based around the dancing scene.
Sure, predictable as any teen movie made in the last 10 years, but a cast that should all be awarded, as well as a crew who have done themselves proud.

Compared to The 60's (1999), The 70's was a piece of television genius. Although there were some historical innacuracies, I was impressed overall at the way that the film makers were able to portray the heartache and disbelif felt within the USA and around the world during the decade that shaped the way the world looked at itself.
I am, however, concerned about the fact that the next mini-series to be produced, in order, will be The 80's :)
