Book of Shadows has created a sublevel of horror which I refer to as new horror. Sure it was a touch predictable but it continued the tradition of Blair Witch Project and made more sense to me than the first one did.
Scream and countless other films have given horror a public face, but Book of Shadows makes it real, makes new horror real. For me new horror is something that is not afraid to show you it's cards early and then still manage to beat you, scare you and shock you. I think and I hope that studios, independent film makers alike make more films like this, great movie!!!

Taken into account that most of the comments written about The Lost Boys say that it is an eighties movie seem to fail to recognise that it is a true horror classic. And it is a true teen angst classic. So you want to lump it in with eighties films, but it is one of the few FILMS that stand up against the test of time.
So Haim and Feldman never made a good movie since, except maybe Licence to Drive, forget that Jason Patric has never been so good up until your friends and neighbors, Keifer Sutherland, well he just keeps on trying doesn't he? And Jami Gertz, what happened to her anyway? That's right she was in Twister.
This movie is GREAT GREAT GREAT

Hitz is a perfect showcase for Andrew Dice Clay, taking his Ford Fairlane and stand up pesona and bringing it to PG television. Clearly this is Clay's show and he dominates every scene he is in. It is a pity that this show isn't on in primetime because it is UNBELIEVABLE!
