I really enjoyed the way all of the characters in this movie stood by each other through good times and bad, for the duration of their time in a strange city with virtually no resources. I also liked the fact that it was hilarious in parts. Although this movie was also risque in parts, at least the sex was not gratuitous as in some other movies.
One noteworthy detail in this movie which sort of reminded me of the premise behind "Clean and Sober" was Michael Winslow's struggle with alcoholism. I thought that Michael T. Weiss dramatized it very well.

The special effects in this movie were awesome! The part where Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) was hanging off the side of the cliff literally had me on the edge of my seat, biting my nails. All of the stunts were suspenseful and spectacular - I actually liked this movie even better than the original Mission Impossible movie. I found it all the more impressive that Tom Cruise did all the stunts himself - kudos to him for his bravery!
