  • No story, but good shots...

i really don't know what was the story of this film. has it a story anyway? i don't know. but i enjoyed the movie and especially the shots with catarina furtado. her play is very successful and her beauty lets me to see the film. and the art direction: it was successful too, especially the costumes.

  • Is there two copies of this film?

i can't believe that so much people has liked this movie so much. it can't be real! i think the votes are just for the political messages of this film. please beware! that's one of the worst films directed in turkey in the last years. lighting... camera... acting... music (the cheapest "ethnic" solution)...

This movie is a must see. to see, how a bad film look like.

  • A nice surprise of "Yeni Sinemacilar"

"Yeni Sinemacilar" is maybe the first Turkish independent film makers. The first movie of Yeni Sinemacilar was "Gemide / On Board" and was really a shock for Turkey. On Board was also directed by Serdar Akar and written by Onder Cakar.

"Laleli'de Bir Azize", the second movie of Yeni Sinemacilar (directed by Kudret Sabanci) was a little bit "confused-story", but on the shocking wave of "On Board" again. Both stories about drugs, prostitutes, pimps, murderers e.t.c.

After 2 years, they come up with a new film: "Dar Alanda Kisa Paslasmalar" A film about love, football and the early 80's in Turkey.

A nice dramatic story of an amateur football team in the early 80's in Turkey. Also it's like it's first words says: "Life is like football."
