When I saw this movie in the sneak preview my first reaction was: oh no! a Dutch movie (they usually suck)... Well I have to admit it wasn't bad after all. Lots of action combined with lots of funny moments. The balance between the two elements is pretty good. If you add in the excellent background music you get a good movie. I personally liked the bits of 'recognize Amsterdam' in it, so I'm not sure if a non-Dutch person would like the movie as much as I did. Anyway if you like high speed chases you should definitely give this movie a go. If you want to have a good laugh about all the stereotypes of Amsterdam you should do the same. My opinion: a better than average movie, though Dick Maas' earlier works of 'Amsterdamned'(1988) and 'the Elevator' (De Lift)(1984) are still his masterpieces not surpassed by this.
Well there's not much to say here, as the title implies it's a torture to watch. Bad acting, bad story, bad setting, bad movie title. Come on there are better movies to watch out for than some boring banking business. Do yourself a favor and watch a good Dutch movie like 'Karakter' and not this pathetic performance.
