I've only seen part one so far, and I enjoyed it a lot. I like the characters, and the acting has been very good. The imagery is beautiful. I saw some very familiar faces. The costumes are all interesting as well.
I have wondered since I was young, how did Peter and the lost boys REALLY get to Neverland? Where did the Indians and pirates come from? And now I know! But how did Hook lose his hand, and what made him so mean? And how did the crocodile swallow the ticking clock? Looking forward to seeing part 2, so I can find out the answers to those and other questions.

I found this movie to be really cute and fun to watch. I love Hugh Grant anyway, but this movie was well written. There were a lot of little jokes that even my husband laughed at (and he's not a 'chick-flick' kind of guy.) He actually laughed out loud a few times! Anyway, this is about a 'has-been' singer who hopes to revitalize his career by writing a song. He has a 'plant lady' who ends up writing some lyrics, and off they go. The songs are good, the dancing is fun to watch, and there is a definite connection between the two main characters. It's definitely believable too. It's a movie to see again and again. Very heart-warming and sweet, with a satisfying outcome.
I LOVED this movie. And so did my husband, who wasn't sure he was going to like it. There were symbols and signs that were extremely accurate to the story of Noah, and I really like that, because it shows that someone actually took the time to research before making the movie. The acting was very good, the costumes, it just felt and seemed genuine. It really shows how a man who cared only about making a name for himself changed into someone who cared about everyone and everything around him, which is the way we all should be. I will see this again, and again, and I will definitely recommend it. It's not just a comedy, I don't know what to call it. But I really liked it.
