100 Days of Love is a gentle and heartwarming tale of love narrated refreshingly by director Kamal's son,débutant Jenuse Mohammed with lovable performances from Dulquer Salmaan & Nithya Menon.Even though the basic premise of 'a hero in search of his unknown love' is tried and tested in in-numerous films from the past, the originality in Jenuse's narration added with strong technical support and neat performances from the whole cast makes 100Days Of Love a delightful romcom, one among the best in the genre from Mollywood in recent years.
Mainly targeted at the urban youth of today, the movie offers around 150 minutes of feel-good romance filled with fun and interesting sequences. The influence of classic Hollywood romantic flicks is notable, but luckily the freshness in narration by Jenuse saves this from being yet another poor rip off from the west. The rather leisurely pace of the movie mayn't be chewable for a minor share of the audience ,but for all others with a taste for romcoms 100 Days Of Love makes up for a good recommendation to sit and scrap all the tensions for sometime.
The dialogs written by Vibin.M.R and Suhail Ibrahim came out really well on screen and added to the overall cuteness of the movie.Visuals by Pradeesh Verma were colorful and gave a fresh urban look to the whole affair.Costumes bySameera Saneesh deserves a special mention with the styles perfectly suiting the backdrop of the narration. The idea to use the names such as Balan.K.Nair,Ummer and Sheela for the characters was interesting and hilarious at the same time.
The successful pair of Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menon was really adorable with their on screen chemistry working out really well on screen.May it be the subtle emotions or his trademark style smile Dulquer was at his best portraying the lead role of 'B.K.N' with perfection.Nithya Menon too was no exception and portrayed the character invested on her with finesse.Shekhar Menon gets another meaty role as Dulquer's pal Ummar and gave good support along with Aju Vargheese,Rahul Madhav,Vineeth etc did their part well.
Music by Govind Menon from the celebrated Thaikkudam Bridge family was really good with the song 'Hridayathin Niramaay" being one among the best love songs to comeout of late. The background score by Bijibal was befitting narration and added to the cool.
Overall,100 Days Of Love is a sweet romcom recommended for everyone with fondness towards the genre .
Some +Ves :: _________ *Direction. *Music And Score. *Cinematography. *Costumes. *Performances.
Some -Ves:: ___________ *Slow Pace. *Lack Of Freshness In The Basic Plot.
Verdict::100 Days Of Love is a refreshing dish of romance topped with lovable performance from the pair of Dulquer and Nithya besides notable technical brilliance. The lack of freshnees in the premise is comprehensively concealed by Jenuse's narration,a talent to look out for in future.Go for this one and you will not be disappointed. Ma Rating::7.5/10 _Afsal

The makers do justify the tag-line 'Pranayam Annum Innum Painkili aaanu' with a lot of sequences in the movie. And if one chooses to be, the movie will be a critic's delight as well !!!!
But if not, this Balan K Nair - Sheela love story is one well-shot and beautifully cinematographed movie that ends up being a 'sweet' , 'good' and 'engaging' presentation of an age-old love story. The sequences laced with a lot of gentle humour and beautiful frames is the major highlight of the movie and the performance of the Dulqar-Shekhar Menon combo adds a definite 'charm and gloss' to the proceedings. On the evidence of this film one does get the feeling that Kamal's director son Jenuse Mohammad is one to look out for :)

I didn't keep too much expectations(about the title) when my friend invited me for this movie. That must be the reason why I liked this pretty much. If you're a person who likes romantic movies with some lighter moments, you should really give this a try. Jenuse Mohammed has shown justice to the script; Dulquer Salman has delivered a wonderful performance, but lacks a little bit originality when he plays drunk.Nithya Menon's character doesn't have much job to do.The cinematographer has done a good job;he has maintained the freshness of the visuals throughout the playtime. The number of drunk sequences may seem disturbing for an average viewer, but when the character's point of view is considered,it can be justified. What puzzles me is the fact that, the title of the film is not mentioned or shown anywhere in the movie. Anyaway, the movie does not bore you or make you yawn; even though it doesn't have much 'New-Generation' elements.

This film is my personal favorite. I'm not Indian and this was probably my sixth Malayalam film that I have watched so far. Before this one, I watched Dulquer's Charlie, Bangalore Days and Ustad Hotel. In terms of quality, this film can not match with these three masterpieces. In addition to, the story is not extra ordinary but there is something in this movie. At first, I thought it will be a typical love at first sight film. But I was wrong watching the scene before the interval. It's such a cute romcom. In order to understand the real essence of this film, watch this on a rainy day. You will get an old school feel with the song 'Hridayathin Niramayi'. I don't understand this language, but this song is one of my most favorite songs of all time. About the cast, all I can say I am a great fan of Dulquer and Nithya and they didn't disappoint me. Everybody loves this duo in O Kadhal Kanmani, but I love this one more. OK Kanmani was an okay film for me but this one is so special. I became a fan of Jenuse Mohammaed as well and I'm looking forward to his next project. In short I can say, this is not a must watch movie for everyone, but unexpectedly it has become a must watch for me on a lazy rainy day.

One of the best love stories I have ever watched. A very smoothy screenplay, nostalgic and romantic picturization, soothing bgm, and a great performance of 3 artists, all these make the movie best ever (from Mollywood). Enjoyed watching the flick.

I watched this movie on a binge watch session of South Indian movies, preceded by Ustad Hotel which a beautiful movie.
The main attraction of the movie is the lead pair of DQ and Nithya menon. But, besides the lead actors nothing in the movie is worth watching. Tries hard to be funny, but disappointing.
Wastage of 2 hours.

I liked this movie, it's cast, cinematography, etc all things are good.
I was expecting an average movie with some idiotic fight scenes and an overexcited hero.
But this movie is unique. I liked it's simplicity and the engagement of the characters with respect to story.
All Actors are good in the role.

Its one of the worst movies i have seen this year. Its a very dragging movie with no story at all.The hero who is a loser tries to search for a girl whom he met accidentally and falls in love with her. With the help of his obese friend he tries to find out who she is.Finally she will appear in front of him through another incident and they spent time together trying to fulfill her dream of gifting her parents a good anniversary gift.Meanwhile he falls in love with her but she gets engaged to another guy.Blah blah blah.......OMG!I Would not recommend this movie to anyone.Boring to the core. Its such a waste of time watching this movie.

Utter waste of time.
This is a Malayalam film dubbed into Telugu and I saw it yesterday.
After first 15 minutes, I decided that there is no point watching this film. Dialogues are bland and acting is superficial. The screenplay is lame and cinematography should better be not talked about. I have wasted my time watching this and I am wasting more time reviewing it. I just wanted to say all my readers to be warned of the film. I found nothing I can take back or value in the film. Perhaps, a black and white song. Everything looked artificial and manipulative only.
A 0/5 for this.

This one might probably be one of the worst films ever made on love.
It was slow, boring, not engaging, had poor humor, poor plot/screenplay, and poor everything, the only reason that people might watch this is for the known artists only and nothing else
music, BGM, or songs didn't add much value to the film, which are the ones that make the soul of the movie, and maybe this is why it didn't work out well.
Dialogues were touchy enough that's usually required for love films to stand the test of time, this one also had that opportunity but lost it fully.
Overall, it's not recommended to watch it even once unless you're forced to do so for whatever reason it might be.
