Jonathan Good in 12 Rounds 3: Lockdown (2015)
After walking away from WWE, the man once known as Dean Ambrose is in the middle of a creative resurgence as Aew's Jon Moxley. Moxley isn't a stranger to acting, as he starred in WWE's 12 Rounds 3: Lockdown and Mma film Cagefighter: World's Collide, being the best thing about both films.

Jesse Quinones
Official Trailer for Mma Fight Film 'Cagefighter' with Alex Montagnani
Jesse Quinones
"In Mma, anything can happen." Screen Media has debuted an official trailer for an Mma fight film titled Cagefighter (not to be confused with The Cage Fighter doc film), written and directed by Jesse Quinones. Another of these cliche fight movies where it's about a champ going up against a rival. Reiss Gibbons is the greatest champion to ever fight in a Legends cage. But when promoter Max Black pits him against wrestling superstar Randy Stone, Reiss finds himself in the toughest fight of his life. Starring Alex Montagnani (Pro Mma Fighter) as Reiss Gibbons, Jonathan Good aka Jon Moxley as his opponent Randy Stone, along with Gina Gershon, Chuck Liddell, Elijah Baker, Luke Rockhold, Jay Reso, and Georgia Bradner. The big twist in this is that it's a professional wrestler taking on a professional Mma fighter, but it's still the same anyway. Train hard and take him down. Here's...

WWE Movie News: Dean Ambrose In “12 Rounds 3″ On Sept. 11
WWE.com

Dean Ambrose stars in a new WWE movie called “12 Rounds 3: Lockdown” that will be released in theaters and on-demand September 11.

It’s the third movie in the 12 Rounds series. John Cena starred in the original 12 Rounds in 2009 and Randy Orton was the lead in 12 Rounds 2 in 2013.

Here’s a synopsis of the film from WWE.com:

Ambrose plays Shaw, a detective that returns to active duty after the death of his partner. When he uncovers evidence linking his fellow officers to a murder, they frame him for a homicide he didn’t commit. Trapped in his own precinct, Shaw will do whatever it takes to expose the dirty cops and clear his name. With twelve rounds in the clip and one shot at redemption, nothing will stand in Shaw’s way in this action-packed thriller.

Ambrose is the lead character in the film directed by Stephen Reynolds.

Orton Vs. Jericho And Reigns Vs. Rollins At WWE Night Of Champions
WWE.com

This Tuesday on WWE Main Event, two more matches were made official for WWE’s Night of Champions PPV on September 21 in Nashville. The two matches will see Randy Orton take on Chris Jericho and Roman Reigns will match up with Seth Rollins in a battle of former Shield members.

The Orton/Jericho rivalry is something that goes back many years, most notably when Jericho came back to WWE towards the end of 2007 with Orton in position as the top heel in the company. They’ve had several matches over the years. Most likely the reason they’re doing the feud is to give Orton a win over a big name after he lost to Roman Reigns at SummerSlam. It was set up this week on Raw when Orton attacked Jericho in the trainer’s room. Jericho’s expected to be out of WWE after Night of Champions...

Dean Ambrose’s WWE Return Date Announced
WWE.com

Dean Ambrose has been missing in action ever since a devastating attack at the hands of Seth Rollins and Kane. At SummerSlam, Rollins was able to defeat the so-called Lunatic Fringe in a Lumberjack match. The following night, on August 18th, Rollins Curb Stomped Ambrose’s head into a stack of cinder blocks. Reportedly, Ambrose refused medical attention and then vanished.

In reality, the storyline was used to give Ambrose time off, as he’s been filming a new WWE production, Lockdown. The film features Dean as a cop trapped inside his own precinct while being hunted by other crooked police officers. The film is a co-production between WWE Studios and Lionsgate, due out sometime in 2015.

The company was hopeful that Dean Ambrose would be done with filming and be able to return in time for the Night of Champions pay-per-view on September 21st. While it’s always...

5 Reasons Dean Ambrose Is The Next Stone Cold Steve Austin
Since The Shield broke up in June of this year, its three former members have been riding high on their own. Reigns is being groomed for Wrestlemania 31’s main event if rumors are to be believed, Seth Rollins Mr. Money in the Bank, and Dean Ambrose is in one of the WWE’s best rivalries and is arguably one of their hottest commodities. That being said, it feels like Rollins and Reigns are ahead of Rollins in the pecking order right now, despite the fact that Dean Ambrose might be getting bigger reactions than them both. All three are probably going to be major stars, but as things stand right now, Ambrose has shown transcendent talent and skill. The guy is the closest thing the industry has to a Stone Cold Steve Austin kind of character.

That’s very high praise and one doesn’t make such a claim lightly.
