Shalu and Dolly are daughters of Mathur. Dolly wants to become heroine in films. She met film director Vijay Khanna offer her a chance in his film. His three friends Khurana, thakur & Chokhani who are finnancer, happen to see dolly at the sets while shooting the film. They take her to their bunglow and rape her. She narrates the injustice done to her sister shalu. Next day she suicides. Mathur her father dies of shock. Shalu who is left alone vows to take revenge. She quits her ambition to become as IAS officer and enter filmdom. She met Director Khanna and he offers her to be heroine. She works with Super Star Rahul Kapoor. They become friends and eventually they love.
