When I watch a film I make it a point NOT to see any previous reviews or their scores, so upon reading the description of this film I thought I'd give it a look see.
Lesson learnt, this is a film to avoid, the acting is dire, the story just silly and the ending, whilst leaving it open for a sequel (which I hope never gets made) is just a complete waste of your time watching the film in the first place.
This has been the easiest review I've ever written!
One saving grace for this film are the fight sequences which are outstanding, such a shame they were encased in the rest of the film.
Rating 4 out of 10
I was impressed by the fight choreography although they did overdo the slo-mo quite a bit. The guy is entertaining to watch but is The Unkillable Protagonist. Other, helpful people are killed out of the blue and we don't even care because there is no backstory at all. Oh there are a lot of crazy flashbacks, none of which make any sense.
The sets are obvious cheap sets. The visual effects are adequate but could probably be done in Photoshop nowadays. The music is a bunch of jumbled generic stuff that you could get off of a disc of samples.
Don't waste your time.

- TriviaThe name that appears in the titles in the movie is "Killing Soldier-der Krieger". Probably it is one and the same movie, that title is for German version, and "Kill Order" is the title for English version.

Mr. Henderson: Today we'll be discussing Erik Erikson and his psychosocial development theory. One of the key elements of Erikson's psychosocial stage theory is the development of the ego identity. Now, the ego identity, if you will, is the conscious sense of self that we all develop through social interaction. According to Eriksson, our ego identity is constantly changing through our daily interactions with others. He also believed that a personal sense of competence motivates our daily actions and behaviors. Each stage in his theory is concerned with becoming competent in an area of life. If the stage is handled well, the person will feel a sense of mastery also referred to as ego strength. If the stage is managed poorly, however the person will emerge with a sense of inadequacy.
