good for the heart and soul

I found Boyster when I was in middle school, so about 2015-2016. I thought it was a really delightful cartoon and it was really important to me. At this point in my life, I had thought I was a trans man, and I saw myself in Boyster because I had (and still continue to) view/ed him as a trans boy. Watching it again at 18 years old, the show still holds up. It reeks of 2014-era humor in some places, but it still has bits and even entire episodes that never fail to make me laugh.

Looking back on it, the show DEFINITELY didn't get the attention it deserved, for some reason or another, and I don't particularly mind that. It's nice to have a cartoon that's like a diamond in the rough to you. I think Boyster was a product of its time, and it should stay that way. Though not perfect, it's definitely proof that a cartoon doesn't need to be serialized to be enjoyable to anyone above the age of 10.

In sum, I like this funny little show about the silly little oyster boy and his friends. Give it a watch sometime.

This has no reason to come to North America

Why do people want another Scaredy Squirrel? The other one was already a critical and commercial failure to begin w/ yet people like a show about a punching bag protagonist? Well this show is a big waste.

Well Done! Bravo!

Boyster is a show about a mutant oyster boy who goes on adventures with his friend Rafik and twin brother Shelby, a giant talking oyster.

At first one might find him or herself saying Boyster is a bit odd... But, Once you get past the fact that Boyster is a well, half boy, half oyster you'll see some positive messages as well as some funny humor! I've never seen a show as adorable as this one! I have already seen people immediately change their mines after watching an episode of this show! So go ahead give it a try! Because I'm as sure as the sky is blue that this show is bound to win some awards in the future!

The voice actors have done a really good job with making the characters come to life as well! Also the animation may look a little odd too, but its actually pretty cute once you get used to it.

And this isn't the first good show from France, does anyone remember "Code Lyoko"? Well if France keeps on sending us these awesome shows, I think the world is bound to be grateful!

Adorable

Boyster is a touching comedy about universal topics such as the search for one's identity and exclusion.

A nice show!

A pretty amazing funny enjoyable 2D CGI comedy cartoon with sweet 2D CGI animation/sweet bizarre character designs. Both Boyster the mutant oyster boy, Shelby, Rafik, Alicia, Arthur, Ozzy, and Mr. Marion Pluss were all great funny weird likable enjoyable characters. Both Ozzy/Mr. Marion Pluss were my favorite funny enjoyable 2D CGI antagonists/bullies.
