It's a good show it helps people but once you have seen one episode you have seen em all. Always about the same thing nose, breasts and ass
And I don't understand how on earth they can even bring in those freaks who wants to be an alien or cartoon etc. Twerking and making sex jokes that feels a little bit too weird for me, They really need to change the show a litt bit if they want to sell it, I wish there were more people with serious problem rather than bigger boobs I hope they find better candidates for next season

Used to be a great show, with lots of information. It always seemed smarter than E's standard reality show crap pile.
But 2021, the execubots must have finally got their claws into it, because it's just as stupid as everything else on E. It's all 'stakes, stakes stakes' nonstop. They also intercut the surgeries now which is completely moronic. It's two rooms with people in gowns and masks, so it's impossible to know what's going on.
The new editing style is dated garbage as well.
Oh well, it was good while it lasted.

The show is fairly shallow and picks people who are good for light entertainment. So they have two surgeries and one rejection per show. The rejects tend to be people who've had a lot of work already and seeking to tweak it - some of them don't really seem all that serious and were picked by the producers to all a little more color.
Since the show doesn't want to show actual details of the procedures to avoid grossing out their audience, it become the same routine of safe shots which are repetitive.
The "playful" interplay between the two surgeons is painful to watch - feels very staged and scripted.
Once you've seen a couple of the episodes, they start to become the same old. If they were more daring, they'd take the leap and get into the intricacies of procedures which would be very interesting to see what I assume are artists at work.

I've been watching Botched for years-lately, brash Terry has become more insulting to sweet Paul-a total turnoff to me. Thanks to widespread use of smart phones, female patients can film and broadcast their nude chests even before they reach the Beverly Hills medical building examining room. Modesty, a forgotten virtue. I agree 100% with the Hattian mother who urged her daughter to be glad for her nose instead of trying to reshape it; Dr. Paul reshaped the unhappy daughter's nose so well she got a new Do and flaunted her celebrity profile. The film industry has done too much to make viewers unhappy about what God has provided and, for better or worse, the medical profession has been accommodating patients with reasonable and unreasonable requests. ~~ In cases of birth defects, serious illnesses, disfiguring accidents, etc., I can understand the need for surgery but pumping up one's boobs for show is for boobs! Many patients don't care about surgical risks nor do they realize that a boob job (assuming correctly done) is only good for 12 years. Doesn't all that silicone interfere with love making? And patients with lip fillers can't feel being kissed, can't drink without dribbling liquid all over themselves. Just because something can be done doesn't mean it should be done. Thankfully, the two Botched doctors refuse to assist certain would-be patients and advise them to stop already.
I started watching this show out of curiosity because I think I need my nose fixed for breathing issues and it would be nice to have it aesthetically touched up as well. I've never had anything done to my face. I have to say that some of the women on the show are absolutely shameless and they are shocking in their behavior. I think one day they're going to look back at themselves and think "Oh my, what a sl** I was". For instance, one lady had mentioned in season six how hot Dr. Nassif was, something about marrying him as well as the possibility of something with Doctor DuBrow, KNOWING these men are married. These women are shameless. These men are now married, and they're not there for dating so that's something that's kind of a turn off to see them put on women like this. That being said, I will tell you why I love this doctor so much, I love the humor, and I love the way that Dr. Nassif is very graceful with the way that he accepts DuBrows poking at him. He is a very classy man. I could see that Dr. Nassif truly cares about his patients, and is very very excited when he pleases them. This is why I can see that he truly has a great heart and a great spirit. I have to say that I am glad that he finally got married because it was very unattractive for him to be 'Wh**in' around with so many women and making comments that aimed at FLAUNTING that character flaw. Anyway, all of that being said, there is so much more to these two men, then fixing faces and breasts. I can see that they actually have hearts. I wish all doctors could be this way. There is one more thing that maybe it's because I'm just Christian and it bothers me more but on season six there's actually a woman patient who claims to have mafia family and she brags about it these type of poor ethics being shown on the show kind of degrades it a lot a whole lot. This woman really thinks that it's OK to flaunt that she has a criminal family. This is something that I don't think should be put on the show. This is what brings down the ethics of the doctors. Yes, they have to treat all patients that pay their coin, but they don't have to allow a patient to FLAUNT a terrible thing like a family that is CRIMINAL. NOT 'COOL' or 'EXCITING' ... it just has me question the true character of everyone involved in creating the show, as this show REPRESENTS the doctors.
