This is the second Maltese produced movie I have watched.
I was invited to watch Do re mi fa and I wasn't sorry. it is a great movie! Well done Chris!!
Chris Zarb, a young and very talented Maltese director develops the characters in Do re mi fa in an intelligent, artistic and dynamic manner, linking and connecting all of them in a way that helps you understand what makes each of them tick.
All the actors gave an excellent performance.
I was worried about the fact that the film is over two hours long but was extremely entertained throughout and I must say the time flew by.
Watch the film, you won't be sorry.

Very professional and thoughtful production!...The producers manage to keep you on high alert throughout the two hour film. We really enjoyed watching this amazing high quality feature film and thanks to Chris Zarb the production team we really had a wonderful evening.

Well Done to Chris Zarb and his team for their first feature film. I really loved the way the four different stories were weaved together especially in the introduction.
Although the stories are for selected audiences, one can but appreciate the way the film was done, the techniques used with the light, the sound, the camera angles and last but not least the music.
The actors especially the young boy brought meaning to the characters.
The film is a bit too long but still it is a film worth watching.
I encourage this young Maltese film maker to continue with his excellent work.

Went to watch this film this weekend at Eden! Always have been a film lover, not of Maltese productions though!
So even though it was a Maltese production, went for the laugh of it! But was shocked when I saw the film!!! It is totally intelligent and have never seen such psychological brilliance making it a first timer; i.e. good cinema in Malta finally?!!!!
Well done to the Maltese Production and foreign cast who took part in this well set production in Malta! Hope to see more from this Director soon enough!
A big well done!!

This is truly a superb movie you will talk about for years. Zarb and his team deliver a masterpiece!
It truly shows that there is indeed talent in Film making in the Tiny island of Malta. The Film is very deep and phycological, and there is a lot of thought and meaning into every scene.
It faces the sad and shocking realities of humanity, which rarely people talk about let alone potray in films. But it still has a sweet understand feeling of hope.
Truly well done, brilliant Director, Brilliant film. Love it
Very professional film that keeps you on the edge. I can easily say that it's on the top of my list. Highly recommended. A must watch!

It is a very bold movie with a wide foray into race, relations and how cruel society can be, yet the way it is portrayed and the way all 4 stories come together is inspiring and offers a ray of hope and enthusiasm. It is about time that people talk about so many taboos from which many are suffering in the shadows. It is very thought-provoking and there is a lot to reflect on about every scene It is groundbreaking especially since it does not try to please everyone. Highly recommended, a must watch.
