Great idea, horrific execution

I wanted this to be at least "reasonably good." I didn't watch it expecting academy award performances but, damn...

I love movies like this but this failed on every point imaginable. Acting, directing, writing, SFX, continuity, the list goes on.

So bad I don't know who to blame the most, probably the director or the writers. I've seen some bad actors coaxed to passable performances (think Russell Mulcahy directing Christopher Lambert in the iconic first (and only IMHO) Highlander) but this was bad, Ewe Boll bad...

The concept is solid and the story kept me interested but the cringe inducing "one shot and call it a wrap" directing/acting and the "face palm" writing made it real work to watch it through to the end.

Shame, it had so much potential....

Joe Ballew is among the best actors in recent cinema history. He truly stands out in this amazing movie.I hands down recommend this movie to all of myfriends and family.
