What A Disappointment!

You've got to be kidding me...

I love bad horror movies. I live for cheesy horror, however this was just awful. It's like 3 scream queens watching soft core gay porn. The same shots are reused over and over again and make absolutely no sense. We did a "Mystery Science Theater 3000" through the parts we didn't fast forward. Naked guy in the shower was kinda hot but otherwise it was a complete waste of time. Linnea, Brinke, and Michelle for shame!

A Complete Rip-Off to Fans

3 Scream Queens (2014)

1/2 (out of 4)

Former scream queens Alexis (Linnea Quigley), Ellen (Brinke Stevens) and Sylvia (Michelle Bauer) are invited to an audition but when they get there they realize it's actually something else. A producer tells them that there's one position open but the three ladies must watch an unfinished movie and whoever comes up with the best ending gets the part.

The director and cast of NIGHTMARE SISTERS have re-united here but the end results are a complete disaster and something that fans who are suckered into purchasing this should be really upset about. This is a tremendously horrible movie but what's worse is the fact that it runs just 75 minutes and I'd say that only twenty minutes of that is new footage. What we've basically got here is something like SILENT NIGHT DEADLY NIGHT 2 where we get mostly clips from another movie and a few new scenes thrown in so that they can call it a new movie.

Director David DeCoteau's 1313: NIGHT OF THE WIDOW is the main "footage" that we see here and centers are a group of young men who are stalked and killed. Obviously I can't fully comment on that film without actually seeing it in its entirety but it's basically just a bunch of young guys flexing and bending over for the screen while the camera slowly pans over them. In between all of that footage we get "new" scenes of the three actresses watching them. Every once in a while we get more new footage of the women arguing or discussing what should happen with the ending.

The new scenes with Quigley, Stevens and Bauer are the only reason I don't give this thing a BOMB rating. It was great getting to see them together and there's no question that they're fun to watch and appear to be having a good time. It just sucks for fans that they have to pay and get something that adds up to a big nothing. The idea behind the film is rather interesting but nothing is done with it. The footage from the previous movie isn't something most people are going to want to watch and even though I only paid $2, I'm still feel cheated and ripped off.
