Awesome abridgement of the first 13 episodes

People tend to criticize animes for their tendency to extend their duration with fillers or with not so "useful" episodes. The "Attack on Titan" anime is an example of the opposite: it's concise and direct to the point.

This abridgement version of the episodes 1-13 proves that they have managed to go one step further, summing up all of the fundamental elements of the history in a marvelous way. The transitions are smooth, the art and the animation are even more beautiful, the history didn't suffer from the shortening and the emotions remained striking!

I definitely recommend it to everyone, even those who have watched the first season. It's an awesome recollection.

The Attack begins

The first 13 episodes of one of the best series ever made in a 2 hour recap.

Story, storytelling, characters, animation and music, everything is done perfectly.

What A Titan Sized Joke For Fans Of The Series!

Just like Chronicle, I had a spectacularly hard time finding this movie. Just like Chronicle, I'm ONLY giving this movie 4 stars out of respect for the creators and voice actors. AND also just like Chronicle this movie was a "Colossal," "Titan" sized joke! WHY would you make a movie that is LITERALLY just a compilation of a few episodes of the first season, with content removed so that it can be feature length, but with NOTHING at all added? What's the point?!?! I wasted SO MUCH TIME on these two movies, hoping against hope that there would be something in there that would add to better understanding, if not extra content by way of a side storyline like every other Anime I've EVER watched!!! I'm feeling very cheated. The live action movie changed so much of the canon, but it was AWESOME FOR THAT, because it was like watching my favorite characters in an alternate universe, or as we say in Comic Books, A "What If." And BTW, What the heck was the Crimson Bow? After all that malarkey, I was expecting JoJo Soda! SMH...
