Kristin Booth, Yan-Kay Crystal Lowe, Eric Mabius, and Geoff Gustafson in Vous avez un message (2013)

Trivia

Vous avez un message

Edit
It was canceled after one season when Hallmark decided to change the format from a TV show to a television movie series. Signed, Sealed, Delivered (2013) preceded the TV show. The next 2-hour movie debuted in June 2015.
Disclaimer in End Credits:

"This movie departs from the U.S. Postal Service's standard operating procedure concerning the handling and absolute privacy of mail that cannot be delivered through normal mail processing channels. All characters and situations depicted in the movie are purely fictitious. Any resemblance to real events or real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and unintended. It is a federal crime to impersonate a United States Postal Inspector. 18 USC § 912."
Kristin Booth and Yan-Kay Crystal Lowe are best friends and text or call each other nearly every day.
In every episode and movie there is a round jar hanging from the ceiling by Oliver's desk in the DLO. It is labeled "swear jar". It has no purpose on the show and is never mentioned or acknowledged by the characters. It is for the cast and crew because producer and series creator Martha Williamson asks them not to swear when she is on set. Anyone who swears has to pay up. There is usually a mixture of US and Canadian currency in it. It isn't emptied until the end of filming for that episode or movie and someone in the prop department donates the money to charity.
When the cast met for the first time at the table read for the pilot movie Kristin Booth was shocked to see Crystal Lowe, former swimsuit model, there to play the nerdy, bookworm Rita. In her surprise Kristin turned to the director and asked "what is she doing here." Crystal overheard Kristin's question and honestly answered "I don't know what I'm doing here either." But despite their rocky start Kristin and Crystal quickly became best friends and every bit as close as their on screen characters.
