We all know the negatives for these short films. The silly conniving subplots are given more screen time than the romance itself. The production values are budget-based. Some of the things that happen and some of the scripted lines are evidence the screenplay authors are not ready for prime time.
That said, Jarred Harper as male lead delivers decent acting in this one as he usually does. Like a lot of the short romance female leads, Liv Kirby is sweet and delivers her lines well, but has something of a passive screen presence that tends to stifle a sense of passion in the romance. Watchable but nothing special.
