The Lead Actress's Acting Is Just Plain Awful
The set, the sound effects-everything is pretty rough. But it's a low-budget drama, so I get it. I didn't expect high production quality, and honestly, I don't mind. Despite the obvious limitations, I'm still enjoying the show. The story is engaging enough to keep me watching.
But the lead actress? She's ruining it.
Her acting is beyond terrible. Like, please, please, PLEASE practice. She delivers her lines with zero emotion, as if she's just reading from a script without even understanding what she's saying. Whether her character is supposed to be heartbroken, or in shock, it all comes out in the same dull, lifeless tone. It's painful to watch. She doesn't just lack emotional depth-she completely fails to make her character feel real. It's like she doesn't care about her role at all.
And yet, I'm giving this drama a 2 instead of a 1. Why? Because despite its flaws, the story at least tries to be different. It doesn't rely on the same overused this type of drama clichés, even though it has zero medical accuracy. The writers clearly wanted to tell a unique story, and I respect that effort.
But seriously, if the lead actress had even half-decent acting skills, this drama could have been so much better.
