I applaud the cast and crew, I want a fully scripted mini series so that there is more time for character development and a proper script.. but what it is, I loved it.
I laughed a few times at the cheese but it kept me smiling and I became invested in the drama and connection between the characters. I also really appreciated the sound track and "twilight" vibes.
The plot is rushed and goofy at times for obvious reasons but I think at its core it is a lovely story about honoring our elders and the importance of staying open to the capricious nature of life and love. I think with a little more flexibility and time they have something bigger here. Maybe it's been done a dozen times already and maybe it was the cast selling it but I think the queer and london charm really enhanced the story.

The chemistry between the actors was good; you can feel the tension between them if you look at the screen! It's funny how they make you stay for so long, even when you start knowing the main plot of the story. The other actors were not used in the right way; you have a lot of them, but most of them don't make much of a difference because their roles end so quickly. I didn't like how they made it so hard to show a kiss and turned an episode into an awkward, almost-s3x scene which doesn't make any sense (when you compare it to the path the story was following). After all, it's not that bad, can make you blush and feel the tension between the actors, but it probably won't be a movie you'll want to watch again.
You know this kind of mini series, plot is meh, acting is mediocre, yet overall it worked and I think it is a cute little gay love story. Overall I genuinely enjoyed it.
The mini series add up to about 90mins air time. Plot is obviously rushed, character development could be rushed out too. Plot line is totally predictable, but instead of watching it for the story, people like myself probably care more about the characters' interaction, they could be cheesy at times but overall they are very cute.
I think the reason why it worked mostly due to the charming characters. The two leads might not have the best acting, but they sure look great, Frank has a really good body while Andrew does have that Casanova look.
If you enjoy BL story and have free time to spare, I would definitely recommend.

I don't know why I really want to keep watch it even I understand that the story is not true and no such coincidence can be happen in life. However, the story and the ending is really what I want to see and I can't explain why I want such kind of story in the drama. All the actor are new face and i can't recognize any one of them but they are performed very well. They made something non-sense to make sense. This is the first time i watch the mini drama and I am really obsess with it. Watching the mini drama never feel dull. I won't skip any of content as all I need to know and keep watching till the end.
Was an amazing film! From start to finish, I was completely captivated by the emotional depth of the story and the powerful performances of the main characters, Frank (Frederic) and Andrew (Paul). Their chemistry was really authentic and their portrayals felt so genuine and heartfelt. It was incredibly moving. I won't lie, I cried a bit too much 😂 There are some scenes that are both upsetting and deeply romantic, and as someone who's sensitive, I couldn't help but be touched. Frederic and Paul have bright futures ahead in their acting careers. This film has love, emotion and fantastic talent. Highly recommend it!
