There are several perfect actors who could take on the role of Storm, who could very well be on her way to the MCU. Aside from an appearance of a Professor X variant in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, there's been no word of the McU's X-Men team, but that could soon change as more mutants are expected to appear throughout Phases 5 and 6. The potential formation of the X-Men could come with the arrival of Storm, as her character is crucial to a significant portion of their stories in Marvel Comics.
So far, she's been played by two different actors on the big screen. Halle Berry debuted as Storm in 2000's X-Men, and the role was later taken on by Alexandra Shipp in X-Men: Apocalypse. In Marvel Comics, Storm - real name Ororo Munroe - is one of the most powerful members of the X-Men, and is often...

The Pang Brothers are a pair of twins who gained attention after their 2002 movie The Eye opened to international acclaim. The directors — Danny Pang Phat and Oxide Pang Chun — were then given the chance to direct an English-language movie produced by Ghost House Pictures. Loosely based on a script called "The Scarecrow" by Todd Farmer, the Pangs turned the retooled screenplay into The Messengers.

Though Sam Raimi hasn’t directed a horror flick since 2009’s fantastic Drag Me To Hell, it’s fair to say that the Evil Dead creator still holds a special place in horror fans’ dark, beating hearts. From producing creepy creature features like Crawl, to more traditional supernatural thrillers, like The Messengers and The Grudge, Raimi has always been an active proponent for gore-hounds’ favourite genre in cinema.
What’s truly surprising, then, is the fact that the American filmmaker’s last big horror hit, Drag Me To Hell, never got a sequel. Despite raking in a solid $90.8 million at the box office, while also resonating really well with both critics and fans alike, Raimi’s last horror pic is very much screaming out for some kind of a sequel, right?

Heading into Mayans M.C., which is something of a sequel/spin-off hybrid, the only question that really matters is whether or not we’re heading into something that actually delivers on the treatment and world-building of Sons of Anarchy. With several years, and The Bastard Executioner, between Kurt Sutter‘s somewhat questionable end to that show and now, a new run with a motorcycle club might go anywhere. Luckily, if the first two episodes are a true indication, Sutter has taken the time to reevaluate the structure, pacing, and plot development in his writing, which means the show kicks off almost as though it had been written at the same time as the third season of SoA, but with a little more experience showing through. Just as important, Sutter built off one of SoA‘s most important devices, having a ton of balls in the air at once. As...

The Sons of Anarchy spinoff, Mayans Mc, is getting plenty of buzz, and you might be wondering why Jd Pardo, who plays Ezekiel "Ez" Reyes, looks a bit familiar. He's not a household name quite yet, but if you're a fan of a few not-so-popular fantasy or sci-fi titles or of a very popular Hulu teen show, that might be why he has a face you recognize.
If you grew up slightly obsessed with A Cinderella Story - and, be honest, who didn't? - you most definitely came across Pardo in one of his earliest roles. He played Ryan, one of Austin's (Chad Michael Murray) jock friends. After that, Pardo popped up in a slew of other teen-oriented projects during the mid 2000s. He had guest spots on Veronica Mars and The Oc and a two-episode arc on the revived 90210 in 2010.

Amazon is developing an event series called Outrider, which is a western that will star Arnold Schwarzenegger, who is also set as an executive producer. This sounds like it will be a solid and awesome series and I'm looking forward to seeing what comes of it.
The show is being co-written and executive produced by Trey Calloway (Apb, The Messengers, CSI: NY) and Mark Montgomery. Thanks to Deadline, we also have some story details to share with you!
Outrider is a mystery set in the Oklahoma Indian Territory in the late 1800s. It tells the dark and dangerous tale of a deputy who is not only tasked by a notoriously brutal judge with apprehending a legendary outlaw in the wilderness – but must also partner with a ruthless Federal Marshall to make sure justice is properly served. And as the story unfolds, not only will enemies become allies, but a series...

Actor Winston Duke originally thought he’d been passed over for a part in Marvel’s Black Panther.
“My agents love pranking me,” the actor, featured in People‘s Ones to Watch package, says in this week’s issue. “So they called and were like, ‘You really need to sit down for this. We’ve got some bad news.’ ”
In fact the news was anything but: Duke learned he’d landed the role of the villainous M’Baku in the upcoming blockbuster.

With production slated to begin this coming January on Marvel's Black Panther, the studio has brought on Person of Interest star Winston Duke as M'Baku, a.k.a. Man-Ape. This villainous character is said to have a "key role" in this adaptation. It isn't known if Man-Ape will be aligned with the movie's main villain, Erik Killmonger, played by Michael B. Jordan, but this casting may shed some light on a cryptic statement by Lupita Nyong'o.
During Marvel's Comic-Con presentation, the studio brought out Chadwick Boseman as T'challa, who was introduced in Captain America: Civil War along with his co-stars Michael B. Jordan (Erik Killmonger), Danai Gurira (Okoye) and Lupita Nyong'o (Nakia). During interviews after the presentation, Lupita Nyong'o revealed the first story details, stating that Black Panther's "leadership is threatened when two foes come together," as T'challa seeks the help of both the CIA and the Dora Miljae.
