Watched the Tamil movie Tourist Family featuring Sasikumar, Simran, and Yogi Babu-and I have to say, it was a pleasant surprise.

I went in expecting a light comedy based on the trailer, but the film delivered so much more. It carries a deep message, wrapped gently in humor and everyday life. The story revolves around an ordinary family dealing with relatable, common issues, presented in a very natural, conversational style-whether it's within the family or with neighbors.

The theme is love-not in a romantic or dramatic way, but as an emotion that runs quietly yet powerfully throughout the film. No one talks about it explicitly, but you feel it in every scene. It reminded me of the lingering emotion I had after watching Anbe Sivam-not because the stories are similar, but because of the heartfelt tone that stays with you.

The two boys in the film acted beautifully-wish I knew their names. The cast really holds the film together. Sasikumar is always a joy to watch, Simran was lovely to see on screen again after a long time, and Yogi Babu brings his signature charm and humor that never gets old.

There are chuckles here and there, but what truly stands out is the direction and screenplay-it's warm, grounded, and very real.

A feel good movie that emotes positivity n good Outlook about life. I'm personally strongly against illegal immigrants misusing the benefits with fake identities. However, this story revolves around a Srilankan family that lands in India to escape from the unbearable inflation n struggles there n then how they win people of the locality n get their protection. Quite an easy fun ride, very well directed. Originally a Tamil movie dubbed in all South Indian languages including Hindi as well. Available on Jio Hotstar, My ratings 8/10!

LOVED LOVED LOVED this movie. Haven't clutched my stomach laughing so hard at a movie for many years. Haven't had tears rolling down my cheeks in a movie in not just one but multiple scenes in many years. Well done Abishan, you made a perfect film that will be in my top 10 and I will rewatch again and again.

All the characters had depth and a story to tell. Sasikumar, Simran, Mithun and Kamalesh were FANTASTIC. Thet had amazing chemistry as a family and comic timing was spot on.

After seeing mind numbing movies in recent years like kanguva and retro, this was such a refreshing change, hope many more movies with good content and scripting starts getting made.

A heart felt movie... Comedy works throughout the movie and emotional scenes are top notch... The dialogues at the end are worthy and deserves a big round of applause..

The little boy performance, sasikumar and simran performance are excellent... The proposal scene and balcony scenes are fresh and new... All the characters performed well... After seeing so many masala movies, finally a best movie for a family audience.. hope fully audience will not let this down.. a theatrical experience....

The message is simple, "When you give out Love it will come back again with loads of Love.... " Humanity exists...

Tourist family movie staring Sasikumar, Simran,Kamalesh jegan, Mithun Jai shankar, yogi babu, MS Bhaskar, Ramesh tilak, Bagavathi perumal and others is good plot which is directed by Abishan jeevinth with a good screen play adding comedy right from the start of the movie, The story starts where in all the members of a family from neighboring country enters india to find a new shelter for their daily living with out proper documents, now the story revolves on how these people get adjusted to the local environment with a couple of problems , lots of unexpected comedy scenes are good to see, Sean roldan scores the music for this movie which is well matched with the movie, one particularly dance song is very good to see in theater which is seen at unexpected moment, the first half of movie is at an good pace with comedy contents, while the second half of movie is engaged with some thrilling and emotional scenes, All the actors in the movie justified thier character well, Main High lights of the movie is Sasikumar and kamalesh's acting with a very good climax, giving a strong message to all on how people should get adjusted to new environment for life.
