First of all I'd like to say that I never really do reviews, but this game forced me to do it. This game combines great gameplay mechanics and an incredible creativity in every single level you play through. Every level is unique in its environment. This is topped off by relatable characters you can empathize with and a touching heartfelt story. I loved It Takes Two but I loved this game even more. You can feel the love and passion the game developers put into every aspect of this game. A fresh breath of air in the current gaming industry. Being able to play this game coop made this an even better experience for me. Without a doubt the best coop game I ever played!

Every once in a while, a game comes along that completely redefines what we thought was possible. Split Fiction isn't just a game-it's an experience, an emotional rollercoaster that grabs you from the very first scene and never lets go.
From the jaw-dropping visuals to the mind-bending storytelling, Split Fiction delivers on every level. The graphics are simply out of this world, with effects so stunning they feel like something straight out of a sci-fi blockbuster. Every environment, every particle of light, and every shadow is crafted with an almost obsessive level of detail.
But it's not just about the visuals-the storytelling is where Split Fiction truly shines. Each storyline, whether it's the epic main narrative or the deeply personal sidestories, is crafted with such care that it's impossible not to get emotionally invested. The side stories? Absolutely heartbreaking. The main story? Pure genius. Twists and turns keep you on the edge of your seat, leaving you speechless more times than you can count.
And then there are the mechanics-smooth, intuitive, and wildly satisfying. Every combat move, every puzzle, every interaction feels meaningful and polished to perfection. There's this moment when you pull off a perfect combo, or when a plot twist hits you like a freight train, and all you can do is sit there with a stunned "wow" expression. That's Split Fiction in a nutshell-pure, unfiltered excellence.
This game isn't just a must-play. It's a must-feel. Whether you're a sci-fi junkie, a fantasy lover, or just someone who appreciates masterful game design, Split Fiction is an unforgettable journey that will stay with you long after the credits roll.

Split Fiction is an absolute masterpiece that sets a new standard for cooperative gameplay. Hazelight Studios has outdone themselves, delivering an experience that is both emotionally gripping and mechanically brilliant. The story follows Zoe and Mio, two writers trapped within their own stories, creating a narrative that is both unique and engaging.
The gameplay is where this game truly shines. Every level introduces fresh mechanics that demand teamwork and communication, keeping the experience dynamic and exciting. From solving intricate puzzles to intense action sequences, no two moments feel the same. The Friend's Pass feature is a fantastic addition, allowing a friend to play for free, making it even easier to share this adventure.
Visually, Split Fiction is stunning, with beautifully crafted environments that perfectly reflect the shifting tones of the story. The soundtrack is equally impressive, enhancing every emotional and action-packed moment.
This is one of the best co-op games in years, delivering an experience that feels both innovative and deeply rewarding. If you're looking for a game that offers an unforgettable journey, Split Fiction is a must-play. Easily ten stars!

What an incredible follow up game from the makers of It Takes Two and A Way Out. A true couch co-op, the game is inventive and stunning to look at. Certainly one of the top games of the year. The performances are top notch and well acted. With long levels, great game mechanics, this is sure to be enjoyed by so many. We look forward to playing a second time and switching roles. Just a delicious ride all the way through. From action packed racing to search and find, to puzzles and boss battles this game has something for anyone. What an awesome experience. Congratulations to the team that made the game!
Easy GOTY contender enjoyed every chapter with my friend and can't wait to see Hazelight does next. Got the same vibes from It Takes Two. Every chapter felt fresh due to the new abilities you get. The characters had good chemistry and the ending was good for what it was worth. Would have appreciated a bit more endings but still happy with the one I got. The villain was good and it created memories that I will remember for a while. The length was perfect, not too short or too long. If you liked It Takes Two or A Way Out then don't wait. This game is a masterpiece and unless we get GTA 6 this year, expect it to win Gam Of The Year.
