This is an amalgamation of many of the reality tv shows highlighting adult mean girls. Dressing up ugly characters in expensive clothing. There are missed opportunities here for women's empowerment. Unfortunately, berating someone to make them feel as if they are inferior seems to be celebrated... and lucrative. Hypocrisy is also rampant in this reality show. Bad behavior is absolutely rewarded. I guess that's where the money resides... that's something extremely important to these ladies. It is not lost upon me. That money is important to everyone. I mean... we definitely need it to survive. Most people want to do well. However, it seems to be an important part of the identity or character these ladies portray.

"W. A. G.s to Riches" is a glaring misstep in Netflix's reality TV lineup, offering little more than a superficial glimpse into the lives of women tethered to their more famous partners. The series purports to showcase the personal and professional journeys of these women, yet it falls woefully short, instead perpetuating tired stereotypes and delivering contrived drama devoid of genuine substance.

The cast, including Sharelle Rosado, Julz Goddard, and Porsha Berto, are presented in a manner that feels more exploitative than empowering. Rather than delving into their individual achievements and challenges, the show fixates on their relationships with high-profile athletes and celebrities, reducing them to mere extensions of their partners' fame. This approach not only undermines the purported theme of empowerment but also reinforces the very clichés it claims to dismantle.

Moreover, the series is rife with manufactured conflicts and melodrama, which come across as disingenuous and forced. Instead of providing authentic narratives, "W. A. G.s to Riches" opts for sensationalism, sacrificing depth and authenticity for fleeting entertainment value. The portrayal of sensitive personal experiences, such as Julz Goddard's account of her abortion, is handled with a lack of nuance and empathy, further highlighting the show's exploitative nature.

In essence, "W. A. G.s to Riches" fails to offer any meaningful insight or entertainment, serving as a disappointing addition to the reality TV genre. Its reliance on outdated stereotypes and superficial storytelling does a disservice to both its subjects and its audience.

Over opinionated women in designer clothing fighting for who's better than who, nothing to do with empowering other women. Most not all playing the race card at any given opportunity. You don't see other races doing that. It's very petty behaviour for supposedly grown women. The men just do what ever they want as they can't be bothered with all that bizarre behaviour. Why women can't support each other and their businesses, don't judge each other from other people's opinions, form your own. You don't need to compete, you all have your own achievements to be proud of so embrace them! Don't be bitches for petty things, life is too short!

This is far from entertainment. It's a bunch of ladies who like to ostracize other people who were victims of haneous situations. There's a lot of the race card being thrown out. There is no storyline or motive in the show, everything is random and has no purpose. It's equivalent to sitting at a table with a bunch of drunk, negative, and annoying, senseless people. I do not recommend this show and I really hope it gets canceled. People have been fighting way too long for racial inclusion and equality, shows like this are a step in the wrong direction. It's just bullying and harassment. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable to watch.

It is entertaining, as are most of reality shows. But, I am flabbergasted by women talking about their men having already 8, 10 and so on many babies with different baby's momma. Sorry, but wrong example for young girls, as a woman you should not be accepting this. Even though they're from previous relationships, when a man has 8 or 10 babies from different women. Such a man will never change his behaviour and will always sleep around, But even worse, is the unsafe sex, nobody mentions this. It's a serious problem. STD or sexually transmitted diseases. Is nobody worried about this?n Money, parties, the good life and still acting like cheap and uneducated women. Bashing each other, talking crap about each other, these females are not friends, not even friends with themselves. Unsecure and low self esteem. I watch the show and enjoy it and realise that having money doesn't mean happiness. It is something we all have control over and should be more involved in our mental happiness and sanity. Try to be a good person and help one another.
