HLM Rebels have their own plans for All Donors Day. The rest of the world is celebrating All Donors Day in honor of the vampires who graciously ended the war with the donor program. Chaos ensues and every donor in attendance is eradicated

Brothers, Demitrius and Alexander, specifically the latter struggle with the new law of the land. Demitrius lives a plush life with his donor, Heather, while Alexander is donorless and living in the slums, outcast.

Tatiana pretends to be an enforcer of the new system to spy on the brothers, while Octavian plays politician and goes on a donor campaign of interviews. Selena pays a visit to Demitrius and gives a warning.

Six reflects on the new world after hibernation. The city is in chaos. 1200s Europe. A Young Six awakens with a fright. Someone...something is there. She rushes to the other orphans to try and protect the others too late. Gregor is there. Six knows what he is and tries to fight. Gregor is intrigued, he has the orphans rounded up.

The Korvich Coven pulls together to put an end to the unrest. Gregor has a surprise. A newly turned attacks Nyla at her job, but Six is there to save her. Octavian insists Nyla now lives at the Korvich Manor. Octavian, Sorin, Six, and the Armigers take out a threat of newly turned vampires across the city. As celebration for the victors, Gregor announces the donor celebration for Nyla and Octavian.
