Waking up the morning after a drunken one-night stand on New Years Eve with her boss, Liam Anderson (Jackson Tiller), Sheryl (Grace Swanson) quickly runs away leaving her roommate and "best friend", Jess (Casey Sartori) to take her place and demand a relationship and to move in with Liam. The next day at work, Sheryl is promoted to Liams's secretary, but he doesn't recognise her. As Liam's secretary Sheryl is required to be at Liams beck and call - allowing the two a chance to get to know each other and grow their relationship. With Sheryls long time male best friend, Ben (Matteo Della Putta) vying for her heart and despite the efforts of Carol (Jaclyn Albergoni) and Jess, the two form a strong foundation for a relationship and of course eventually fall in love. But can Sherly & Liam manage to survive the antics of everyone who is against them and what happens when Sheryl finds out she is pregnant with Liams baby?
Grace Swanson is as always perfect in her role as Sheryl, Grace has a way of adapting to each and every character she is cast in, never misses a beat and always delivers! As Sheryl, Grace demonstrates her natural ability and absolutely shines through. The way she can use the inflections and tones of her voice to expertly portray the relevant emotion, matching facial expressions, and even the look in her eyes is so phenomenal and not easily achieved, Grace is for sure a star and I love watching her in every production she takes part in.
Jackson Tiller as Liam Anderson, is an absolute joy to watch. As Liam he is able to demonstrate his talent for playing the domineering boss man CEO, but also the loveable and warm man who cares and treats women with respect (which is not a common trait in these series so I truly appreciated that!) Jackson has undeniable talent and is excellent in every single series he is in.
Matteo Della Putta as Ben, the loving, protective, caring, kind, type of guy you take home to your parents, best friend - who of course gets over looked for the hot CEO billionaire... is outstanding Ben, the way he chose to play this character was perfect, his facial expressions and side glances hade me smirking like a dork...Matteo is a bit of a fresh face still in the vertrasphere but one to keep your eyes on.
Another CLASSIC vert, and I can't imagine why you wouldn't have seen it yet!
