After a traumatic childhood, a woman who runs the local drug recovery facility with a bunch of other nurses and addicts finds that her system of tough love and control over the patients is starting to raise questions about her practice and tries to assert her authority under the guise of help.
This was a decent enough feature, but it lacks quite a bit overall. The overall setup to this one comes together incredibly well, focusing on the burgeoning discovery of the shady behavior and ruthless control she asserts over the patients in her care. Initially appearing to be the heroic figure trying to care for addicts and help them regain the ability to enter society after their treatment is finished, yet the series of revelations about who she really is and the type of staff she has making sure people stay in her control with targeted drug sales or unfeasible plans for help. This slowly comes about through the way the characters keep getting into the darkest parts of the facility with their questions and outlandish behavior, which makes the second half here quite darker and more relevant as it starts to play off the established behavior of her controlling others into a darker and more violent outcome. Beyond that, though, there's not much in the way of anything interesting for long periods in the running order. With the film focusing on the various residents in the facility's care or getting to see how the various figures in the facility are behaving to the point of being sent to the various treatments she performs on them, the film doesn't have much in the way of action or thrills for long stretches with this setup. Very little of this one makes any kind of impression with just endless stories involving the need to understand why the constant history with drug use on the patients or her warped mindset on drug treatment following her scarred childhood means to anyone, which leaves the film lacking in energy or enthusiasm for the majority of it's overlong running time. This is yet another big issue keeping it down overall, with not much of interest happening during a running time that could've been trimmed down.
Rated Unrated/R: Graphic Violence, Graphic Language, and drug use.

The story involves a drug addict doctor that runs a local facility housing drug addicts for rehabilitation, however something more sinister is at play within those walls.
It is a slow burn story purely in Dramatic form. The lead character whom has been a drug addict and a broken relationship with his family he is forced abiding Nany and keeping within his habbit, you can't help but feel emotionally connected with him a broken man who hasn't put the effort making himself clean or be a better father but he wants to, you also can feel some feeling toward Nany a woman who's sworn to help people does the opposite to attain vengeance and hate due to what happend to her father.
It does show that even kind souls can be corrupted given the right button to push to give them the motive to become the monster they sought out to rid of. Even though there's drama involved with these characters it does need a more direct approach from other characters when the situation has become more serious than it is.
It is a different story to take a look at and something that isn't a typical killer in the room scenario with bloodlost, this is about how twisted a persons value of life can truly be and sometimesthey dont want to be controlled but to control those they feel are weak and gives no value.
