Okura - Meikyû-iri joken sousa -

This show personifies the word Drama. Somewhat reminiscent of the daytime serial soaps so loved in the U. S. and a prime time detective show. The story line has many twists and turns. Each episode ends with the viewer wanting to watch more. The actors interplay well with each other helping the character development. A bit of humor is also interjected in most episodes to help relieve the tension. I could not wait until the next episode and credit the acting and writers with providing excellent entertainment. I hope that they will renew this television show for a second season and also look forward to seeing these actors in other productions.

This could have been done so much better. They had a fun theme of buddy cop whodunnit mystery show, but it is done super over the top with way too much exposition. Majority of the episodes are just exposition where a character explains everything and is accompanied by monologues. I really hoped to like this series but this series is weak on many levels.

The character reactions and decisions isn't normal and is ridiculous ( ie jumping on a patients bed demanding answers). Neither of the main characters are also very loveable. One is hot and cold all the time, the other has zero tact. This can be a good match if the main use of driving the plot forward wasn't exposition and being overly dramatic.

I don't usually diapleased with a show... but this one is a bit of dissapointing..

But i give credit for it was an intresting story and characters at the beginning.. but sadly not as good as i expected.

The camera angle dynamic, the acting, the storry development, not that appealing. Too much plot twist that strangely became a bit boring. Having a hard time to finish this drama.

The logic behind every plot doesn't make sense some time. I feel like watching the 80's drama... old fashion and the pace just not quite right.

As for the acting, i don't know what the cast back ground was, but i think they should learn to make their character more believable and natural.

I hope japan made a better drama next time.
