The second season of Daredevil: Born Again is shaping up to be intense and full of action. The season will follow Daredevil, as he rallies a team to fight against Wilson Fisk, and his Anti-Vigilante Task Force (Avtf). Set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), the season will continue the story from the first season and connect to other Marvel movies and shows. Disney+ is set to release the eight-episode season in March 2026, making it part of Phase Six of the MCU.

Charlie Cox returns as Matt Murdock, bringing the blind superhero to life once again. Vincent D’Onofrio reprises his role as Wilson Fisk. Other returning and new cast members include Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn, Murdock’s ex-girlfriend and Fisk’s Mental Health Commissioner, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as the late Foggy Nelson (via flashbacks most likely), and Wilson Bethel as the deadly marksman Bullseye.

With Commissioner Gallo looking to take Fisk down, he's apprehended by the Anti-Vigilante Task Force, and as they watch on, the villain crushes the downed cop's head with his bare hands.

Variety recently caught up with Vincent D'Onofrio and asked for his take on that gruesome kill. "I immediately started discussing ways with our producers and special effects crew that we could block the scene so that it helped execute the way I was thinking about physically making it happen," he explained. After waiting six episodes to see him wear the horns again, the latest on-set images reveal Charlie Cox's Man Without Fear fighting outside Josie's Bar, the same spot where season 1 brutally killed off Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson), and Daredevil is wearing a brand new black outfit. The most important detail about it, however, is that it's finally blessed with the iconic double-d's from the comic book version that's been on Matt's crime-fighting threads for decades. Granted, dressing up as Daredevil might have its downsides, just like any costume, but finally getting the logo on his chest sure looks great.

In a new slate of set photos from Daredevil: Born Again, a little spoiler from the series' upcoming Season 2 episodes was revealed, but fans are happy to know it. The photos reveal that the superhero will don his famous black outfit for the first time in the series. At this point, we don't know in which episode this will happen, but Cox's face with the mask off confirms that it's indeed part of his storyline. The Dd on Matt's chest is a big development because Marvel fans have noticed its absence in the red suit that the protagonist wore ever since the series first debuted on Netflix. The red suit from the show is considered fairly accurate, but the D's are a defining element from the comic books that fans missed.

His first makeshift suit was black of course, but that can be hardly called a superhero costume. In the ‘Shadowland’ crossover (2010), after taking control of the Hand, Daredevil became corrupted by the cult’s patron demon, the Beast.

Daredevil: Born Again is now streaming on Disney+ and production on season 2 is already underway. The plan is for this to be a multi-year series, and if the idea is to adapt "Devil's Reign" across the first two seasons, what could the Man Without Fear's future on streaming look like?

As She-Hulk: Attorney at Law made clear, there are multiple ways to portray Daredevil on screen. The character is at his best with a darker tone, of course, but some of his best adventures have even embraced the supernatural.

New photos from the set of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 may hint at an upgraded superhero suit for Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock. In the images, the actor is pictured wearing what appears to be an all-black outfit, though it is largely concealed by a cloak to save the full reveal for the Disney+ series. The devil is in the details and nobody knows that better than Marvel fans, who immediately started speculating about what the costume change might reveal about where the story is heading in its sophomore outing.

The photos were met with excitement when they surfaced on X/Twitter. An account by the name of "Daredevil Shots" posted a side-by-side comparison (shared below) of the suit that Daredevil dons in Season 1 and a newer snap of Cox on the set of Season 2. While it's only been featured in the premiere so far, Daredevil: Born Again has given the Man Without Fear a new suit. Far more in line with what the hero wears in the comics, there's a lot more red than the Netflix version...but still no sign of the "Dd" logo. 

Charlie Cox has now been spotted on the set of Daredevil: Born Again season 2 and the boots alone confirm he's back in costume. However, eagle-eyed fans have pointed out that the neck area is now entirely black, a sign perhaps that the vigilante will be getting a fully black costume.

There's precedent for this in the comics, whether it's Matt Murdock's armoured look or his short-lived Shadowland costume.

While a few episodes had a sillier premise than I would like (I’m rarely a fan of Danny partnering up with a random guest star who annoys the hell out of him), every episode offered solid stories and the family values that made Blue Bloods such a wonderful series.

Even the worst episode of Blue Bloods Season 14 was some of the best that television has to offer.

Iñárritu and James Mangold. Daredevil: Born Again is one of the most anticipated upcoming releases in the MCU. Set to premiere on Disney+ in March 2025, the show promises to fully integrate Daredevil into the MCU, along with a host of characters from his Netflix series.

With this new installment comes a fresh suit. As you may know, Daredevil has sported several costumes in live action, evolving from his homemade black suit to a professionally crafted red armored suit over the course of three seasons.

In She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, fans were treated to Daredevil’s Yellow and Red Suit, which presented a less gritty appearance that matched the show’s lighter, more comedic tone. The yellow helmet and accents paid tribute to the retro, comic-accurate design of his classic debut costume from the 1960s.

However, it appears that Born Again is returning to a grittier aesthetic, as set leaks have revealed a new and updated armored suit.

‘Daredevil: Born Again’ is one of MCU’s most exciting upcoming releases. The show arrives to Disney+ in March 2025 and we can look forward to Daredevil finally being introduced to the MCU to the full extent as well as a plethora of characters from his Netflix show.

Documentary “Shadowland” – which has its world premiere at Los Angeles’ Beyond Fest on Oct. 5 – was supposed to be a “happy story” set in the French Pyrenees, a place known for its mysteries.

Embracing magic and witchcraft, spiritual “seekers” from all paths of life settle there, hoping to find the greatest treasure – the Holy Grail – or experience supernatural encounters.

One of those was cult director Richard Stanley, who claimed he saw local deity the White Lady, earning the respect of the close-knit community. As well as being a long-time resident of the area, Stanley also worked as a tour guide there.

Stanley made his name with horror films like “Hardware” and “Dust Devil,” but after he was fired from “The Island of Dr. Moreau,” starring Marlon Brando and Val Kilmer, he took a 20-plus year break from feature filmmaking before returning with 2019’s “Color Out of Space,” starring Nicolas Cage.

Exclusive: Peacock launches its first ever DocFest, an on-platform showcase highlighting a selection from the streamer’s top-tier documentary roster. The documentaries include Joe Berlinger‘s Shadowland, as well as projects exploring the accomplishments of Civil Rights activist Rosa Parks and the scandals of England’s Prince Andrew.

The six-week virtual festival will feature six brand new Peacock Original titles between September 14 and October 19, with new titles dropping every Wednesday. Peacock subscribers can find the documentaries via a dedicated collection on the streaming platform.
