TV Review: Camp Be Better - A Summer of Surprising Heart and Humor

Camp Be Better, a quirky new summer camp comedy, is a refreshing take on the classic genre, blending heartwarming moments with laugh-out-loud absurdity. Set at a dilapidated summer camp for troubled teens, the show introduces a colorful cast of counselors and campers who, despite their differences, slowly discover that the most important part of camp is learning how to be better versions of themselves.

The series is packed with sharp writing, which balances humor with moments of genuine vulnerability. Whether it's the camp's ultra-strict director, Ms. Juno (a delightfully eccentric performance by Rachel Kim), or the group of teenagers each dealing with their own personal struggles, Camp Be Better offers a poignant reminder that growth and change often happen in the most unexpected places.

Great show!
