I honestly can't understand how a giant like Netflix allocates a budget to scripts like this. They've stretched out what could have been a 5 minute comedy sketch into a fulllength film. There's no creative story or strong screenplay. The dialogues are plain, with neither emotional depth nor any humor that truly engages the audience. It's disappointing to see students trained under Yilmaz Erdogan produce something like this despite all their knowledge and solid screenplay education, it feels like a waste of the hard work put into BKM. The overall quality of Turkish Netflix productions has significantly declined. In fact, it seems the entire Turkish film industry is suffering from a lack of quality and compelling stories. This film, too, is a mediocre piece created purely for commercial purposes. If you looking for killing some of your boring free time, then it could be an option, otherwise it does not offer anything else.
