Popeye's Revenge

With lottuva things entering public domain, we are yet to witness a horror movie on Tintin n Mickey Mouse.

This is my first from the Twisted Childhood Universe series. Haven't seen Winnie the Pooh 1 n 2 and Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare.

This movie failed on many levels.

A lousy sex scene.

Who does thrusting with clothes on?

Of course later on we get to see some juggs.

The kills are not at all inventive, nor memorable n totally non brutal.

I thot only Freddy is able to pierce his hand outta somebody's stomach cos of his blade but here this Popeye guy manages to pierce his hand.

The bad guy is down and once again the same old trope of running away rather than making sure the bad guy is down forever.

The fisherman tells the fellas not to go near the fog but he himself sits fishing all surrounded by the fog.

The spine looked so fake man n that scene is pure bad. They shud have seen the movie The Cottage which has one of the most shocking spine removal scene.

Even Antropophagus has a nasty scene of the fetus removal scene. Predator too has spine removal scene, the latest being Prey in which the Predator removes the spine of a snake.

But the award goes to Adam Green for Hatchet, it has the scariest spine removal scene.

A supernatural being (Popeye) gets breathless. The guy is almost panting in most scenes.

A supernatural maniac is brutally killing people n rather than running away or hiding, a character sits down to tell others a story regarding the origins of the killer as if nobody is chasing them.

Why the character Olive was locked in the basement is beyond me. Also how she survived the fire while being locked is again wtf.
