Ys X: Nordics

YS x: nordics Is a fun fast-paced action RPG, That is as normal for the YS franchise addicting as hell.

The good thing about YS franchise and certainly the latest games, is that they are addicting as hell, the gameplay loop with, fighting, finding items, and completing every area to 100%, is just so mindless fun, that before you know, you've used 30 hours on it.

The gameplay is fast-paced, it keep being engaging because you want to master availability, to get more new abilities. So it's just the loop that keeps on going and is satisfying. The abilities are so fleshy and so varied, you want to see every last one of them.

The characters are nice, It's not anything special if you seen a few anime, but they do a good job of characterization the characters and give them motivations. The character design is very pretty and simplistic at the same time, it just looks good. It is a good cast for a fun viking adventure.

And the Viking aesthetic is fun. We don't see a lot of those, but damn how is it fun. As a person from Scandinavia it's so fun seeing Scandinavian words just appear, and then laughing At how corny it is to see them, like one of the villains name is dødsklovn, which is hilarious to me.

Playing a ys game is like going to amusement park, it fun, It entertaining, and you will leave with a smile, maybe it's not the deepest thing in the world, but it doesn't have to be, it Just puts a smile on your face. Would recommend.
