    Key not Found

I applaud the filmmakers journey and his quest to find meaning in his marital and sexual relationship. The rest of the film is quite confusing. Definitions of terminology are not consistent, concepts can be dogmatic at times, and there are perhaps only a few real 'take away messages' that one gets from the talking heads. The repeated use of the word intimacy as a substitute for intercourse (tashmish) became confusing after a fashion when it was hard to discern if they were referring to penetration or non penetration acts. This is not a film I would recommend to anyone wishing to discover or learn more about the Orthodox Jewish view of marriage and sexuality.

    Every couple should see it

I believe people are not taught the best way to behave in a relationship and even less the intimate parts of a relationship. The Lost Key is a great guide for everyone to start getting informed and improved their own lives. You can see different couples from different backgrounds asking questions that we all thought of, in a very open way and honest way.

This film can help you and your partner learn how to enjoy one another in the best and healthiest way. I enjoyed the fact that they chose non-religious couples to speak in the film, therefore everyone who doesn't know about the Judaism point of view for sexuality can connect easier to the film.

I'm not a religious person myself, but after watching this documentary my wife and I decided to try this new and different approach and we really saw a difference. We managed to experience more connection to one another, and to the act itself. And to be honest, I think that's the goal everyone should search for, connection.

A powerful tool to preserve the family.

The Lost Key is a very powerful tool that invites you to lead a healthy intimate life with your partner. Marriages are currently in crisis around the world as a result of the large amount of malicious content that exists on social networks. The lost key generates a positive message that will help save families and as a consequence change the world room by room.

    Exceeded expectations

I found this movie highly honest and inspirational. There are lessons here about the magic of love and sexuality, regardless of what religion or belief system one adheres to. It is not a topic often covered from this angle in the media and the literature. I particularly liked the links to personal stories and interviews throughout the movie. There are also no 'recipes' or prescriptions for a successful marriage of relationship. Rather, the viewers can take what they need and decide to apply to their own personal lives whatever could suit best. Kudos to the director and writers for tackling such a bold and important issue!
