During my time, i appeared for 2 SSBs, one through afcat and the other through CDS, and both times i was conference out, there died my dream of serving the nation being in the armed forces.
There are hundred other ways of serving the nation and i am glad i found my calling elsewhere and doing my part in the railways.
This series, made me live in the OTA through the characters portrayed and for that reason is enough for me to rate it high, despite the poor acting by some actors and some unnecessary scenes which are Unreal, to say the least hehe.. it is still very much watchable and has certain feel good elements to it..

What a disappointing show with more disappointing acting of two male leads.
Varun Sood is the most disappointing of the whole lot who couldn't even utter his dialogues properly. I wonder what the casting director saw while casting them. Maybe friendship or connection helped them get the lead roles. The story writer didn't want to show army life bit rather he wanted to show a meesho version of student of the year.
The actors like Karan , Shivangi, Sher's actor, Helly they did a great job but the makers failed to utilise them sadly.
Overall it was a very dull show .
Expecting something more in second season.

Binge watched thru the night, the training, the discipline, the word napo so loosely used and the super humans at the end of the day too have a human heart.
The psychology carrying the envy for fellow colleagues, tackling family issues, childhood traumas, heart breaks, and lastly the honey trap .
But their passion for profession stays intact against all odds n obsessions.
Beautifully crafted and directed with a decent language without any abusive lingo unlike other OTT series.
The young starcast did win the hearts. The location is amazing.
Looking forward to Season 2 gripping the power to keep us glued.

I don't like the director work in this web series its like something i am watching but i don't like its like the story is like good but they don't know how to direct the film its not narrated in that much better way bit if you want to watch you can and the guy yuvraj in the series acting was not good and gurbaj is good character and interesting and the story that is going in back of terrorists doesn't relate one percent to the story of guys like the only reason of watching this series is army and ota beacuse its my aim and goal and apart from training they showed everything and at last I don't think it's a good option to watch for good time.
They have shot the web series in prestigious Officers Training Academy which became world's most difficult military training establishment in 2011.
Though, the story revolves around the training life of Gentleman Cadets and Lady Cadets in OTA, Chennai, the director has failed to understand the life at OTA.
The senior are inviting junior to gym to workout together, first term gentleman cadets freely roaming around cadet mess are not practical and doesn't happen like that. Certain cadets have psychological setbacks from past life which cannot be true because psychology of every individuals are checked in Services Selection Board and such psychologically depressed individuals cannot be selected. My intention to highlight all these is that the story and direction is far from reality and the reality of OTA Chennai is adventurous. To me their failure to showcase the real OTA world is quite disappointing.
Good thing is that Colonel Thapa's role is inspired by real life Colonel Thapa of Punjab Regiment who is also a war hero which the plot doesn't highlight.
Lead actors have overacted. Only the demeanour of Varun Sood is precise and onus goes on because he is son of an Army Commissioned Officer and he knows how officers eat, walk, talk, sleep, look and behave. His facial expression as GC Yuvraj is bang on.
Poor story writing is fallout for this web series. Rather than showcasing the royal life of Army officers, responsibility they hold, the way they are trained in OTA, the plot has missed the bus.
I was hesitating to give 5 stars but crew efforts and Varun Sood's bang on acting made me to rate them 5. I hope in 2nd season, they come back with a better script.
