Airing as part of the popular Countdown to Christmas programming event, Hallmark Channel honors first responders in the new, original movie, Christmas on Call. The movie famously stars Sara Canning, Ser’Derius Blain and Donna Kelce, her second Christmas movie this year.

As noted in the official synopsis, Hannah Michaels (Sara Canning) is an emergency room doctor, who is seeing Emt Wes Sullivan (Blain). Meanwhile, it’s Christmas time and Wes to determined to show Hannah all the sights, sounds and tastes of Philadelphia. Among those tastes is the famous Philly Cheesesteak.

In the new Hallmark movie, he plays Rory, a newly divorced dad who moves back to his hometown and crosses paths with his ex-girlfriend, Lolly (Lyndsy Fonseca), again. When Lolly’s aunt gives her three magical lemon drops, Lolly gains the ability to live out different versions of her life for a day, one of which includes a scenario where she never ends things with Rory. Sweeter Than Chocolate screenwriter Tracy Andreen wrote this script, with Presence Of Love director Maclain Nelson directing this alternate reality movie.
