Absolutely fantastic movie. Good work on screenplay. Feel good music. Worth for money to watch. Mr. Housekeeping is a heartwarming Tamil movie about a young man named Ramu who finds himself unemployed and struggling to make ends meet. Desperate for work, he takes on a job as a housekeeper for a wealthy family, despite facing ridicule from his friends and family. Initially clumsy and unfamiliar with household chores, Ramu's sincerity and dedication win over the family members. He forms a special bond with their young son, teaching him valuable life lessons. Through his hard work and positive attitude, Ramu not only transforms the household but also discovers his own hidden talents and self-worth. The movie celebrates the dignity of labor and the importance of finding joy in unexpected places.

A Heartwarming Tale with Stellar Performances and a Fresh Vision
Mr. Housekeeping is a delightful film that seamlessly blends humor, emotion, and social commentary, leaving audiences entertained and deeply moved. It's a testament to the power of fresh talent and innovative storytelling, brought to life by a dedicated team.
Performances: Hari Bhaskar, making a remarkable debut, delivers a standout performance that's both charismatic and emotionally engaging. His comic timing and ability to convey depth in emotional scenes make him a talent to watch out for. Losliya's natural grace and strong presence perfectly complement Hari's energy, adding warmth and authenticity to the film's narrative. Rayan impresses with his refreshing portrayal, showcasing excellent comic timing and emotional range. Ilavarasu, a veteran, brings gravitas and warmth, lending a solid foundation to the ensemble cast.
Direction and Music: Debut director Arun Ravichandran deserves immense praise for tackling a bold and unconventional subject with finesse. His storytelling strikes the perfect balance between humor and deeper societal messages, making the film both entertaining and thought-provoking.
The music director Osho Venkat adds another layer of brilliance, delivering a soulful soundtrack and a memorable background score that enhances every scene. The songs are catchy and perfectly placed, while the score beautifully underscores the film's emotional moments.
A Salute to the Producers: A special mention must go to the producers, who took the bold step of bringing fresh talents like Hari Bhaskar and Arun Ravichandran to the forefront. Their vision and commitment to nurturing new talent have resulted in a film that feels innovative and fresh, resonating with a wide audience.
What Works:
Outstanding performances by the cast, especially Hari Bhaskar and Losliya.
A unique storyline with meaningful social commentary.
Engaging direction by Arun Ravichandran.
Captivating music that elevates the film's emotional depth.
The producers' bold choice to support new and talented creators.
Room for Improvement: Some scenes feel slightly prolonged, and the climax could have been a bit more surprising. However, these are minor issues in an otherwise excellent film.
Verdict: Mr. Housekeeping is more than just a feel-good comedy; it's a celebration of individuality, courage, and breaking stereotypes. Thanks to stellar performances, thoughtful direction, and the vision of producers committed to promoting fresh talent, the movie is a must-watch. Highly recommended for anyone who loves meaningful cinema with a dash of humor!

"Mr Housekeeping" is a tamil romantic comedy that offers a blend of humour and emotional moments. The film stars Hari Baskar as Honest, a young man who due to financial constraints, becomes a housekeeper in the home of his former collegemate Isai, potrayed by Losliya. Their evolving relationship forms the crux of the narrative.
"Mr. Housekeeping" is neither a disaster nor a blockbuster-it's just okay. Starring Hari Baskar in his debut, the film delivers a predictable story that feels like it belongs in the early-to-mid 2000s rather than 2025.
As someone who has followed Hari Baskar since his Jump Cuts days, it's interesting to see him transition into films. His emotional moments were good, but the comedy didn't quite land. Both he and Losliya could have shown more expressions to elevate their performances. That said, everyone in the supporting cast, including the sister, parents, and friends, did well.
Losliya, whom I haven't seen since Bigg Boss, was a solid choice for the heroine-she looked beautiful and fit the role. The background score was good, but the songs? Meh. Cinematography was decent, but overall, the movie might struggle with the newer generation, who will likely roast it for its outdated storytelling.
Since this is Hari Baskar's first film, it serves as a learning curve. The movie works in parts, but for a stronger impact, it needed fresher storytelling and better execution.

Hard laughed after a long time. I don't think the movie has any flaws. It's actually well scripted. Appreciating heartfully to the crew,it's a great work. Every nuke and corner there is a smiling snip and few sentiments are well crafted! Perfectly directed and executed film. Enjoyed Hari bhaskar after a long time. I'm a big fan of his acting skills. Happy watching! The role selection for each character has been done well. Especially Elavarasu and the mom and the friend( roman reigns) Everyone did their part as perfect as possible!!!! Kudos to the team and looking for more entertainment like this. .
Straight to the point. Waste of time. Nothing in the movie is interesting. Could have selected a better heroine and hero.
Hero just do circus gymnastics. Heroine just dressing up without showing importance to the acting.
Very weak script. Irritating music which repeats the same music throughout the movie.
Rayaan alone looks good and he could've dominated the script with someother heroine.
Though he don't have much role his appearance looks pleasant on the screen.
Horrible heroine selection who just shows in fancy dresses but least on acting or in script.
Just don't think people will see only the dress and other stuffs. We are here to give importance for the storyboarding.
