Episode #2.6

Darian York steps into Lennox's shoes, acting solely in the best interests of the company, his mission, to get to the heart of The Ancestor, only he finds he's facing a determined team, including former colleague, Lennox.

It felt like it was going somewhere in the previous couple of episodes, but what should and could have been an exciting finale, was a snooze fest. It's such a dialogue heavy episode, every action is laboured, watching Magnus go in search of Bremner, it went on and on, and on.

The story is so muddled, it's as if they're making points about capitalism and climate change, but don't really know how to frame them.

Character transformations have been a major issue this series, Hutton's character was all over the place, and here it's Lennox's turn, talk about a complete 180!

I have a feeling another series will be in the pipeline, with any luck it'll be a more cohesive run, I can't lie, I think this second series has been a disappointment.
