Dont mind the negative reviews. The movie is one of a kind and you have to watch it like that. I felt a bit more comedy scenes could've have been added because the plot promises more funny moments. The negative reviews are from people who praise masala bomb movies like Kgf ,pushpa and RRR.these people say to avoid looking for logic and story in masala movies but when it comes to a small budget Malayalam movies they try to find fault in everything. Its kind of disgusting mentality where people praise bs movies of vijay and allu but criticize movies like meiazhagan. Do watch the movie ,its funny , satirical and sarcastic.

Thekku Vadakku is one of the worst movies I've seen in a while. The story fails to engage, lacking any real humor or depth. While it attempts to satirize fragile male egos, it ultimately falls flat, leaving viewers frustrated rather than entertained. The performances by Vinayakan and Suraj Venjaramoodu are commendable, but they can't salvage the weak script and predictable plot twists. The film feels pointless and unfunny, making it a disappointing experience overall. I genuinely struggle to understand the director's vision for this movie. Save your money and time. Comedy isn't Working Bad Dialogue execution Totally Lag Movie No story line Actually it's totally Waste.the plot of the story is still confusing.director Prem Shankar is trying to say something to the viewer's. But i think even he doesn't know what is it. The movie was just like nothing. Characterisation was also very bad at the beginning of the story we thought that it was building the first 30 minutes theater was quiet, rest of the time it continues. Character's in the story's has nothing to do in the story. New comer's are so bad. They had so many options with the Suraj and vinayakan.but they haven't even acted just waste of time.

"Thekku Vadakku" crew did a fine job in casting their lead characters. But they seemed a little too focused on the two protagonists that they forgot to refine the execution of the script and the performance of the supporting actors. The movie did not do justice to the seemingly promising trailer which is what prompted me to watch.

The male ego story arch of two fastidious individuals who has been at each other's throats for a long time is the key plot. Things seemed untedious with a few laughs to offer here and there in the first half. After the commencement of the second half, things started to not make sense. After all, Suraj and Vinayakan are promising actors. So their performances didn't make me consider leaving the theatre midway.

Overall, Thekku Vadakku was a disappointment since I awaited a well-crafted Dark comedy/Satire flick from the writer S Harish. The lead characters of this movie are actors with great prowess. They deserve to be in the midst of a well executed script.

A sarcastic drama that stumbled with lame writing.

The plot of the story is about two individuals holding their rivalry and ego since their ancestral times trying to create issues to irritate each other. Their rivalry is the talk of the town and hot topic for discussion among their near and dear ones.

Hareesh has created good characterisation arc for Vinayakan and Suraj with minor and accurate detailing but failed to give a clear picture to the audience as a whole on the basic plot of the rivalry. The basic idea written on paper was good but it slipped away in few areas when it came on screen.

Impressive performances were made by Vinayakan & Suraj but their performance alone couldn't lift the movie.

Flat writing and poor execution makes the movie a one time watch just for the performances.
