Trivia

Signed, Sealed, Delivered: A Tale of Three Letters

Edit
Of all the objects Oliver kept that reminded him of Shane the letter opener Shane gave him for his birthday wasn't in any of the previous movies or episodes. While there was a movie that included celebrating Shane's birthday there has been no episode or movie that includes Oliver's birthday.
This movie and the next movie (To the Moon and Back) were filmed together because the availability of all the actors didn't allow for them to film both movies any other way. They used the block shooting method where all the scenes on one set, for example in the DLO, were filmed for both movies before moving on to the next set. It took the help of director LL and producer Martha Williamson for the cast to keep track of the tone and background for each scene as they went back and forth filming for both movies. Kristen said it was also more costume changes on each day than she'd ever gone through before.

Also during filming Kristen Booth and Gregory Harrison got very sick with different viruses and Greg was sick for so many days some of his scenes had to be cut. But even without the added illnesses the cast said filming the two movies together was the most exhausting schedule they had ever been through.

It took the help of director LL and producer Martha Williamson for the cast to keep track of the tone and background for each scene as they went back and forth filming scenes from both movies often in the same day. Kristin said it was also more costume changes on each day than she'd ever gone through before.

Also during filming Kristen Booth and Gregory Harrison got very sick with different viruses and Greg was sick for so many days some of his scenes had to be cut. And when Shane was dealing with morning sickness Kristin said that acting sick wasn't very hard because she was still not feeling 100%. But even without the added illnesses the cast said filming the two movies together was the most exhausting schedule they had ever been through which says a lot considering how much acting experience most of them have.
