Gilmore Girls: 10 Times Fans Judged Rory's Moral Compass
Little Miss Perfect (2016)
Rory Gilmore was the goody two shoes of Stars Hollow. Her mother, father, and the entirety of Stars Hollow made it seem like Rory could do no wrong. She was brilliant and polite, which must have meant that she's perfect, right? With Rory growing up in a small town, her business was everybody's business and vice versa. When she reached her teenage years, no one expected her to mess up because she was seen as Little Miss Perfect (for whatever reason).

The reality is that Rory was no different from any other teenager and young adult. Just because she loved books and was Yale-bound didn't mean that she didn't make mistakes or do questionable things. In fact, there were several instances when Gilmore Girls fans questioned Rory's morals when she didn't learn from her mistakes.

Riverdale: 10 Things Wrong With Betty We All Choose To Ignore
Riverdale's Betty Cooper is everything we'd want a present-day version of the character to be. Like in Archie Comics, she's warmer than freshly baked pie at Pop's and her high ponytails are on point. However, the reason why she's a Riverdale fan favorite is because she's way more of a badass than in the comics. Betty doesn't take crap, and is a budding detective. Who wouldn't want to hang with the youngest Cooper?

That being said, sweetheart Betty can have a bit of a mean streak. She may get teased about being Little Miss Perfect, but Betty sometimes acts like it by lording righteousness and judgment over those she loves. It's rare she shows her ugly side but when she does, look out. You don't want Betty Cooper as an enemy...and sometimes you don't want her as a friend. Here is Riverdale: 10 Things About Betty We All Choose To Ignore.

Election
We’ve all met Tracy Flick — the eager-beaver student that charms the right teachers, wins all the awards and corners the big scholarships. Alexander Payne’s witty, perceptive look at High School shows the predicament of a model teacher who can’t help but sabotage a pupil’s run for class president. Reese Witherspoon’s wholly original characterization scores big, and Matthew Broderick plays what is probably his best screen role.

#ICastIt Marlee Roberts Casts Commitment
“Little Miss Perfect” started out as a student project for Nyu, but with its powerful message, the feature film grew into a larger independent project. While filmmaker Marlee Roberts wrote the lead role, Belle, with her sister (actress Karlee Roberts) in mind, there were plenty of supporting roles to be cast. In addition to seeking agent and manager submissions, Roberts posted with various casting sites including a notice on Backstage.com looking for extras for a school scene. In the film, Belle strives for perfection and control which leads to some serious problems for the young teen. To create the character, Marlee observed her sister’s personality and interactions with friends: “Karlee has an innate sincerity and genuine sensitivity about her. She always tries to please those around her; disappointing people is her greatest fear. It reminded me a lot of Belle and I thought, if Karlee can relate to...

Bww Review: Little Miss Perfect Encourages Audiences to 'Face Your Beast'
Think back to your high school years for a moment. Hopefully, for the most part, the memories are good, funny, positive thoughts of friends, parties, graduations, and dreams of the future. The laws of being a teenager, though, more than likely ensured that bouts of self doubt, insecurity, and self consciousness creeped their way into daily life, making those already awkward years even more awkward. The new film Little Miss Perfect, written, directed, and produced by Marlee Roberts, takes and in depth look at these insecurities and how they can so easily grab hold of the teenage mind and wreak havoc if left unchecked.

The Very Pink, Very Perfect Life of Taylor Swift
Image
On a bright Sunday afternoon in Los Angeles, Taylor Swift is on good behavior, as usual. In high school, she had a 4.0 average; when she was home-schooled during her junior and senior years, she finished both years of course work in 12 months. She has never changed her hair color, won’t engage in any remotely dangerous type of physical activity and bites her nails to the quick. At 19 years old, she says she has never had a cigarette. She says she has never had a drop of alcohol. “I have no interest in drinking,...
